Mount Vernon Exposed would like to inform the public that an investigation is currently under way into the judicial appointment of Mount Vernon City Associate Adam Seiden. Thousands of cases presided on by Seiden through the years may be vacated and adjudicated.
According to the Mount Vernon City Charter, the term for Associate Judge is two years. It is unclear and could not be determined under what law or authority did city officials use to appointment the disgraced Associate Judge . Were city officials that negligent that they didn’t bother to read the charter or was the appointment of Judge Seiden part of a larger conspiracy to gentrify the City of Mount Vernon?
Mayor Ernie Davis appointed Judge Seiden to the bench in 1995. Many say that this appointment was political in nature and payback for services Seiden provided during his tenure as a Mount Vernon School Board Trustee. We will explore the facts surrounding Seiden’s judicial appointment at a later time.
The ethically challenged Seiden was caught on tape calling people living on the South of Mount Vernon “animals”. Very soon these “animals” will have their sentences vacated and will hopefully get the chance to have a new case heard before a Judge legally authorized to hear the case.
It is unclear why City officials chose to ignore the City Charter, which clearly would take precedence over any State law as the local city law is more restrictive than the State law.
Community activist Samuel L. Rivers has asked the City of Mount Vernon Corporation Counsel for an opinion. “City officials must adhere and follow the charter. Judge Seiden must be immediately removed from the bench or documentation must be provided to the public of a referendum passed by voters authorizing the increase of the Associate Judge term from 2 years to 6 years”, said Rivers.
Mayor Ernest Davis just recently appointed Seiden to another term in office that began on January 1, 2013 and runs untilDecember 31, 2018.
Mount Vernon Exposed has recently learned that Corrupt Mount
Vernon City Court Judge Adam Seiden’s Wife Patricia Patterson has allegedly left
him for another woman due to verbal and physical abuse amongst other things.
Sources close to Seiden told Mount Vernon Exposed that Seiden used to physically assault his wife and use to repeatedly call her a “Bitch” in public and at events where his judicial colleagues were in attendance. It is clear that Judge Seiden does not respect woman and should seek professional help for his problems.
According to records obtained by Mount Vernon Exposed Judge Seiden’s wife moved out of the house they owned together at 4 Cold Spring Court, in Mount Kisco, due to his excessive violent tirades. Seiden put the house up for sale in May 2011 for $1,199,000 and also for rent at $5,800 per month. Seiden ended up renting out his spacious home for $5,550. It is alleged that Seiden brought 4,000 sq ft home with "dirty money" he stole and ripped of from his clients. Judge Seiden was also to real estate professionals as a "loan shark".
Mount Vernon Exposed also obtained pictures of Judge Seiden’s house. No expense or detailed was spared in this home. One can imagine that Seiden is living like Scarface and thinks, “ The world is his”.
Over the next few months, Mount Vernon Exposed will thoroughly dig through the life of Judge Adam Seiden. You will learn about Judge Seiden’s criminal behavior, his alleged solicitation of prostitutes, his violence towards woman, past clients he ripped off, tax evasion, extortion, bribery, theft of services, voter fraud, mortgage fraud, and case fixing.
Adam, as his peers affectionately call him, began his life of crime when he was elected to the school board. In 1995, Mayor Ernie Davis appointed him to the bench. Mayor Davis has appointed Seiden time and time again even though Adam called Mayor Davis’ supporters “animals and low life scum bags”.
Judge Adam Seiden must come clean to the residents of Mount Vernon. He has already made it clear
“Judge Adam Seiden is the most corrupt Judge in the 9th judicial district,” says Samuel Rivers, publisher of Mount Vernon Exposed. There is no place in the judicial system for a criminal such as Seiden”, Rivers added.

welcome our readers back to part 2 of our series on Alan. Alan has no respect for taxpayers. Alan could care less if you were able to put
food on your table or if you had a roof over your head. Alan doesn’t understand because Alan is not
like us, the 99%. Alan is part of an
elitist group of folks whose only mission is to further the corruption, fraud,
and abuse in the New York State Unified Court System.
As reported
earlier, Alan was and still is a very lazy man.
Lazy people who are in power are afforded the luxury of using our tax
dollars to finance their lavish lifestyles.
The Alan being referred to is Alan Scheinkman, Administrative Judge for
the 9th judicial district, long said to be the most corrupt judicial
district in the State of New York.
While families
were starving and getting kicked out of their homes via foreclosure (cases that
pass through Scheinkman’s court), Alan went on a multi-million dollar taxpayer
funded shopping spree. Alan decided to
hire all of his friends and build a system that would allow him to spend more
time on the golf course and on his sailboat.
Alan hired Nancy
Mangold who is currently making $144,574 per year and her title as listed on
the New York State Unified Court Website is “District Executive”. Just what exactly is a “District Executive”?
According to
SeeThroughNY, Mangold’s job is listed as “Ast Dep Chf Admn” This does not look
anything like the title given to her by Alan.
Alan changed Mangold’s job description because the position as listed on
SeeThroughNY, is a civil service position. What does that exactly mean?
According to NYS Civil Service law, Nancy Mangold’s should have taken a competitive
examination that was advertised to the public.
Mount Vernon
Exposed was told by a source that Hon. A. Gail Prudenti’s office is directly
handling matters pertaining to an investigation in the 9th Judicial
District. Hon. A. Gail Prudenti is the Chief Administrative Judge for New York
State and is responsible for running the New York State Unified Court
System.
The issue of
Alan’s mental fitness again comes into play.
It was earlier reported that Alan had a mental breakdown while he was Westchester
County Attorney. Is Alan mentally fit to
be on the bench? We must not take
lightly that Alan may have a mental illness.
The thoughts that go on in Alan’s head affects well over a million
people in the counties of Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, and Orange
counties. Would a truly sane person
behave as Alan has publicly displayed? In our previous issue we broke the
exclusive news that Alan put his hand up his wife Faith Miller’s crotch in
pubic while in the presence of other sitting Supreme Court and County Court
Judges.
While unconfirmed
until Freedom of Information Requests are fulfilled, it has been said that
Nancy Mangold went from a grade 12 to a grade 29 overnight and received a raise
of tens of thousands of dollars as part of this multi-million taxpayer funded
shopping spree. Nancy Mangold hired her
son who also went up the ranks pretty quickly.
J Marshall Mangold in 2008, was a
Sr Court Office Keyboard making $33,079.
Today, J Marshall Mangold is a
court attorney making $64, 834. It would
not be complete without Jennifer Jaffe, Nancy Mangold’s daughter in-law who is
Alan’s principal secretary. Does this reek
of corruption and nepotism?
By keeping a
close knit family, the corruption is able to continue. Alan is not really running the courts because
he is never there. Jennifer Jaffe covers
for Alan by deflecting calls of extreme importance to her mother in law who
then deals with the situation. All legal
work is done by James Garfein, Alan’s top tiger in the office. It was told to Mount Vernon Exposed that a
majority of the judges in the 9th Judicial District are not happy
because they are forced to deal with Nancy Mangold who is in her position
illegally because a test was never called for. Nancy Mangold was only legally
allowed to serve in her position for 9 months without taking a test. It was reported that several court employees
in Alan’s building are not happy with Nancy Mangold who is often referred to as
the “Black Widow”.
Sources have
told Mount Vernon Exposed that Jennifer S Jaffe and Nancy Mangold’s son are
married. Is this a conflict of interest?
Jennifer S. Jaffe makes $59, 183 per year.
Nancy Mangold also has quite an ambitious agenda. Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that
Nancy Mangold wants her son to become a Judge and take Alan’s position as
Administrative Judge for the 9th Judicial District.

Mount Vernon Exposed would like to welcome its loyal readers to the series. “Judge Not or You Will Too Be Judged.” The judicial system is supposed to be the branch of government that is free from corruption and impropriety, and the branch of government that administers fair and impartial justice. However that is not the case. Corruption is permeating the Westchester County Court System.
The purpose of this series is to expose those Judges that are corrupt and have violated the public trust as well as recognize those Judges that administer justice in a fair and impartial matter. Not all is bad in the Westchester County Court System. In fact, Westchester County has several judges that have had their decisions published due to their exceptional administration of justice. The public demands to know those Judges that are recognized for their exceptional legal work.
This series will focus of two of the most corrupt judges in the State of New York. Those judges are Judge Adam Seiden of Mount Vernon and Judge Anthony Carbone of New Rochelle. Both of these Judges are political hacks frequently engaging in unethical and unscrupulous behavior to further their personal ambitions. Mount Vernon Exposed has obtained evidence that Judge Seiden and Judge Carbone have had several ex-parte conversations with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office without the presence of opposing counsel. After all, the Westchester County District Attorney does occupy real estate in every courthouse in Westchester County. That means the Judges and the Assistant District Attorney’s share the same bathrooms and have access to the restricted areas away from the public eye.
Judge Carbone is a sleazy and corrupt failed attorney that is alleged to have received tens of thousands of dollars in bribe money while he was a member of the New Rochelle planning board. It is also alleged that former Mayor Tim Idoni received cash under the table from developers that helped to revitalize the New Rochelle skyline.
Mount Vernon Exposed begun this investigation over 1 year ago based on a tip received that Judge Seiden and his First Knight, Chief Clerk Larry Darden, were allegedly involved in a ticket fixing scandal. (Details of this criminal activity will be provided at a later date). Currently in New York City, several New York City Police Officers are on trial for this act known to many as “common practice.” Sources close to Judge Seiden and Clerk Darden told Mount Vernon Exposed that Darden is the Chief Architect of the scandal and brought Seiden and others in on the scam with him. It is also common practice that Seiden on the advice from Darden routinely seal cases where evidence of Seiden/Darden cover-ups would be released to the public.
Fearing that the cover on the operation will be blown on their most recent criminal act, Darden, Seiden, and others including Assistant District Attorney’s Stephen Ronco and John Thomas of the Mount Vernon branch began to hatch a plan to silence the individual that was investigating the allegations of corruption. ON ORDERS FROM WESTCHESTER DISTRICT ATTORNEY JANET DIFIORE, Judge Seiden was told to find the defendant currently on trial for assaulting Community Activist, Samuel L. Rivers, not guilty by Judge Seiden even though the defendant admitted to Mount Vernon Police Detective that he did indeed assault Mr. Rivers. Most of the evidence in the case was ordered destroyed by Seiden and DeFiore and the transcripts were altered by the court reporter to favor a not guilty verdict. Seiden then sealed the case to prevent the public and Mr. Rivers from obtaining the documentation Seiden used to make his corrupt and bias decision.
While Judge Blackwood and Judge Gross recused themselves because of ongoing investigations initiated by Mr. Rivers, Judge Seiden felt that he was above the law. Judge Seiden decided to hear the case anyway because it was already pre-determined that the defendant would be found not guilty. Recently Mr. Rivers informed Mount Vernon Exposed that he was informed that there was a fix in to have the defendant found not guilty. Mr. Rivers further explained that he received an anonymous phone call the day of the trial from someone purporting to be a court officer in Mount Vernon. The caller called from a blocked number.
The caller told Mr. Rivers that he would leave a tape recorder capable of capturing video in a paper towel in the men’s bathroom of the courthouse in a pre-disclosed location. Upon arriving at the courthouse, Mr. Rivers told Mount Vernon Exposed that the tape recorder was indeed in the location the court officer told him it would be and he did indeed record his testimony and conversations with the district attorneys. Mr. Rivers also told Mount Vernon Exposed that he videotaped an employee in the District Attorney’s office on Facebook for 30 minutes ( Video to be released at a later date) and then had the audacity to put on her coat and left for the day citing she was ill. How is that for integrity? The nearly two hour recording reveals widespread corruption that is permeating the City of Mount Vernon Court System.
Mr. Rivers is being maliciously prosecuted by corrupt District Attorney Janet DiFiore and her Assistant District Attorney’s, many who are fresh out of law school and are willing to do anything to make a name even if it means violating the law. On the recording you can clearly hear Assistant District Stephen Ronco interrogate Mr. Rivers as if he was a criminal on trial, instead of the victim. ADA Ronco even went as far to tell Mr. Rivers that his attorney knew that he was there to testify and made several fabrications on the record before Judge Seiden.
On the tape you can clearly hear when Mr. Rivers took the stand; he immediately stated on the record that he had an active grievance before the Commission on Judicial Conduct. Judge Seiden could care less and listened to the false representations concocted by ADA Stephen Ronco. Mr. Rivers informed Mount Vernon Exposed that ADA Ronco never contacted his attorney regarding this matter either by phone, email, fax, or mail. Mr. Rivers has informed Mount Vernon Exposed that a formal grievance was filed against the two ADA’s that participated in this conspiracy to violate his civil rights. It was clear from the audio tape provided to Mount Vernon Exposed, that Judge Seiden displayed bias towards Mr. Rivers. Seiden grew so angered with Mr. Rivers that he made him get off the stand at one point during his testimony.
Judge Adam Seiden’s criminal behavior runs deep. Over the next few months we will bring to light all of the crimes committed by Judge Seiden and his first Knight Larry Darden. They stand accused of bribery, extortion, and racketeering. In addition, Mount Vernon Exposed has obtained evidence from a client of Judge Seiden’s that put in writing that Seiden bilked them out of tens of thousands of dollars and also gave them advice on how to cheat the I.R.S. Judge Seiden also committed several acts of Mortgage fraud relating to his house he purchased in Mount Kisco. Judge Seiden is not a Mount Vernon resident. Several police officers have told Mount Vernon Exposed that they routinely meet Judge Seiden on the side of the highway in upper Westchester for the purpose of signing warrants.
On Thursday, Judge Adam Seiden committed another act of corruption and unethical behavior. While poor families must appear before Judge Seiden for fines relating to illegal parking, Judge Seiden himself parks illegally at bus stops while displaying an illegally obtained Mount Vernon Police Department placard that he displays on his front windshield. How can Judge Seiden impose fines on the public when in fact he is a known lawbreaker himself? After all, how can we expect a sleazy and grimy Judge such as Seiden to be fair when he was tape recorded calling the people living on the South Side of Mount Vernon animals?
In addition to Judge Seiden, there are active investigations before the Commission on Judicial Conduct on Judge Adam Seiden, Judge Helen Blackwood, Judge Mark Gross, and Judge Anthony Carbone, and Judge Susan Kettner .

Judge Seiden tells the undercover investigator that he can help him with his building department troubles. “I can work you through the building department” says Seiden.When Seiden was asked about his special powers, Judge Seiden quickly goes on the defensive and says “Why do you ask those questions”?“I’m not telling you how” “All I’m saying is that I’m a Judge here”.
Judge Seiden confirms that pay to play politics does exist in the City of Mount Vernon and that he was quite possibly the kingpin of the criminal syndicate in the City of Mount Vernon.“Years ago you used to be able to tip them (building inspectors), but not anymore because it doesn’t work that way anymore”.
