SECRET POLICIES OF MVPD REVEALED TO PUBLIC FOR VERY FIRST TIME

Have you been pulled over by a member of the Mount Vernon Police Department?  Did you ever wonder if the traffic stop was illegal and in accordance with the Mount Vernon Police Department policy and procedures? Up until now the public had no idea if police officers were violating their own policy and procedures.

Mount Vernon Exposed is pleased to announce that we have obtained a copy of the Mount Vernon Police Department’s official guidebook.  You will be shocked at what you will find.  From techniques of how to handle an investigation to notifying next of kin; it’s all there in black and white. 

Mount Vernon Exposed, under the New York State Freedom of Information Law tried to get this manual through the City of Mount Vernon.  We were told that this book is not available to the public even though taxpayer funds are used in the printing and distribution of this book.  However we managed to get our paws on the manual to show City officials and the public that there are some good people in Mount Vernon government that will not stand for the corruption that is blatantly taking place.

We then took up our grievance with Mayor Davis who bluntly told Mount Vernon Exposed that his administration is trying to “protect” those persons who are the subject of the F.O.I.L. requests and that his staff has better things to do than obey the freedom of information law.  Mount Vernon Exposed also informed Mayor Davis that it was against the law not to turn over the requested documents and he said “killing people is against the law too”. 

The City of Mount Vernon continues to operate in darkness and continues to cover up the criminal activity in the Mount Vernon Police Department.  We will keep you posted as we continue to shine a light on the corruption in the Mount Vernon Police Department.  Why are police officers that have cost taxpayers millions of dollars in settlements due to police brutality still employed and drinking from the public till? Why have City officials been silent on this issue?

This September, voters have the opportunity to elect persons to the City Council who are not affiliated with Mount Vernon Democratic Party and affiliated with those who have pilfered the City of Mount Vernon for decades.  Only with new, effective, and progressive leadership will the City of Mount Vernon be able to move forward.

NAMES OF DIRTY COPS TIED TO MOUNT VERNON STREET GANGS REVEALED

Mount Vernon Exposed has learned the names of some of the officers allegedly being probed by Federal Authorities for ties to local street gangs and other nefarious activities.  Michael Marcucuilli, PBA President Gregory Addison, Kenneth Rella, and Michael Zurilli are four persons we have learned of being investigated for Criminal Civil Rights violations, illegal gambling, intimidation, extortion, gun trafficking as well as their ties to local street gangs.

Many persons interviewed the past few days after learning of the federal probe simply say they don’t feel safe in the City of Mount Vernon since the ouster of Commissioner Carl Bell.  Many feel Mayor Davis will bring in someone that will further divide the police department and the City of Mount Vernon. 

A few of the persons being considered are Terrance Raynor and current Chief John Roland.  Raynor recently made headlines after he was caught cheating tax payers out of tens of thousands of dollars by double sipping in the S.T.A.R. claiming exemptions of two homes at the same time.  Raynor is also the defendant in a lawsuit seeking to recoup Raynor’s ill-gotten gains. 

Michael Marcucuilli a Mount Vernon police officer has cost Mount Vernon taxpayers millions of dollars because he likes to commit police brutality.  The City of Mount Vernon is constantly sued because Mr. Marcucuilli likes to put his hands on black folks and call them “Nigger” and beat them with his baton like he is auditioning for a role with the KKK. 

Taxpayers will continue to see their property rise as long as the property tax burden Marcucuilli is still employed by the Mount Vernon Police Department. Marcucuilli is also rumored to be part of an elite group of police officers trafficking in guns from the south and turning them over to street gang members for profit.

Due to the negligence and recklessness of this officer, Mount Vernon homeowners are now paying $1,224.89 more a year than they should be paying.  Write to City Council President Yuhanna Edwards and members Karen Watts Yehudah, , and Roberta Apuzzo and tell them if they do not fire Marcucuilli that you will fire them in September as they are all up for re-election. 

Insanity- doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results.  We cannot keep re-electing the same people over and over again and expect things to get better because they send out a mailing once a year, show up at your cookout, and organize a walk-a-thons.  These are the same elected officials that have been in office through the high rate of homicides, crater sized potholes, and sky rocketing property taxes. 

Kenneth Rella- Approximately 60 days ago Mount Vernon Exposed began an investigation into Kenneth Rella a K-9 officer with the City of Mount Vernon after receiving a tip from a concerned taxpayer. Mount Vernon Exposed would like to inform our readers that F.O.I.L requests filed with the Law Department have gone unanswered but we were told that the Chief John Roland hasn’t complied with the requests and they will follow up with him.  Rella also has ties to organized crime.  Kenneth Rella who rarely works overtime has accumulated over 1,000 hours of comp time. The police department told Mount Vernon Exposed that they will not turn over records pertaining to Rella because they do not exist.  How can a police department pay out comp time if they do not track the comp time? 

This dinosaur system of having the fox watch the hen house is ripe for corruption and abuse.  Several police officers that we spoke to on the condition of annomitity were in disbelief and outright disgusted at Rella’s abuse of taxpayer dollar and his criminal activity.  Rella, an obnoxious and loud fellow even stands accused of waving his gun at a civilian while drunk out of his mind.  More shocking revelations about the creep carrying a gun and a badge will come at a later time.  Stay tuned.  You will not want to miss this. 

PBA President Gregory Addison was recently demoted from Sergeant back to patrol because he was involved in a bar brawl at Maggie Spillane’s and pulled his service weapon while drunk.  Addison also is alleged to be part of the gun slinging ring supplying guns to street gangs in Mount Vernon.   Addison also stands accused alongside other Mt. Vernon Police Officers making derogatory remarks about the family lifestyle, Black owned businesses and mocking rallies to stop violence. How did a nut job like Addison get elected to become the PBA President? A PBA President that likes racist rants on Facebook is in charge of collective bargaining for the City of Mount Vernon.  Pure Genius!

The last of the disgraceful bunch of criminals is Lieutenant Michael Zurilli a compulsive gambler who was recently divorced from his wife over allegedly being caught in the bed with another man.  Zurilli also has ties to organized crime.  Zurilli has such a gambling problem that his “bookie” came to the Police headquarters one night with two 300 pound men seeking to collect outstanding debt. 

Zurilli was suspended and also was rumored to enter into a mental health facility for over a year.  Currently, Zurilli still without his gun and badge can be seen in the MVPD back on the taxpayer payroll fetching coffee and doughnuts for the top brass.

We would like to welcome our readers back to our fifth issue in our series about Alan, our most successful and most read series to date.  Over the past few days Mount Vernon Exposed has been inundated with calls about the corruption in the courts and in the Westchester County District Attorney’s office.  Our readers have expressed concerns that they no longer have faith and trust in a judicial system that is racist, unjust, and corrupt. 

This past week we have brought you exclusive breaking news that you will see only on Mount Vernon Exposed.  We have exposed the conflicts of interests that lie within Westchester County and the 9^th judicial led by Alan. We have also exposed the fixing of Grand Jury proceedings to give Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore the outcome she is seeking in cases of her gang of rogue police officers gunning down unarmed black men.  It was revealed by court personnel that Janet DiFiore, Susan Newman-Loehr, and Alan Scheinkman met at an undisclosed location to discuss pooling jurors from wealthy white affluent areas for the Chamberlain Grand Jury proceedings.

Mr. Chamberlain was gunned down by racist White Plains police officers in his own home.  It was discovered that one of the police officers said “OPEN THE DOOR NIGGER WE HAVE TO TALK”.   Many throughout the community were outraged but not surprised that Janet’s office was not able to get an indictment.  As the saying goes ” You can indict a ham sandwich”.  This saying means that based on the evidence that is presented to the Grand Jury you can get the outcome that you are seeking.  It is clear that Janet withheld evidence that would have resulted in an indictment.  A combination of the panel of racist white Grand Jurors from affluent areas in Westchester County and the withholding of key evidence resulted in the police officers not getting indicted.  Janet, Alan, and Susan Newman-Loehr gave the green light to White Plains Police Commissioner David Chong to “SHOOT DOWN MORE NIGGERS”.  

In order to understand the corruption that is permeating the 9^th Judicial District, one must try to understand the mindset and look into the extracurricular activities of the elected officials committing the crimes.  

Elected officials and those in power tend to play by two different set of rules.  They begin to think that they are the law and that they are above the law.  For example, employees in the private sector must take drug tests before they are hired and some companies even do random drug testing to ensure compliance with the drug free workplace policy.  However elected officials and those that drink from the public till do not have to submit to drug testing.  They are free to engage in a lifestyle of Sex, Drugs, and Rock and Roll. 

Mount Vernon Exposed polled 100 people about the thoughts that a Judge could be addicted to narcotics.  All 100 people polled said no and that they wouldn’t believe a Judge would engage in that type of activity.  We then asked the same 100 people if they ever heard of Richard Baumgartner, they all said no.

RICHARD BAUMGARTNER

Richard Baumgartner and Alan Scheinkman are cut from the same cloth and are two peas in a pod.  Richard Baumgartner is a former Knoxville, Tennessee Criminal Court Judge that was found guilty of official misconduct for his behavior on and off the bench.  Richard Baumgartner and Alan Scheinkman share the same similarities in their behavior on and off the bench. Richard Baumgartner was addicted to painkillers that were prescribed to him for treatment of his chronic alcohol abuse.  When doctors no longer would write prescriptions for his habit, Richard Baumgartner turned to the people he put in jail to supply him the drugs.  Richard Baumgartner frequently had sex in his chambers with his supplier while court was in session on recess break.  

As a result of Richard Baumgartner’s conviction many of his cases have been set for new trials and some of the people he put in jail are now free.

Mount Vernon Exposed previously reported that Alan is not mentally fit to be a judge.  According to sources, Alan had a mental breakdown while he was the Westchester County Attorney.  It was also reported to Mount Vernon Exposed by an anonymous source that Alan was prescribed medication for his mental illness.  It is now alleged that Alan is addicted to these painkillers and obtains them in the same fraudulent manner as Richard Baumgartner.  

Every year, Alan and his wife Faith Miller host a lavish party at their home at 10 Puritan Road in Rye that is attended by several elected officials, and many of Alan’s co-workers who are also sitting Judges.  According to a source, Mount Vernon Exposed was told that this is nothing more than a sex filled boozing and drug orgy.  Alan also put his hand up his wife Faith Millers crotch in public in the presence of sitting Supreme Court judges.

After Alan’s mental breakdown, it is alleged that he became addicted to illegal narcotics, specifically cocaine.  According to the source, Alan, Faith Miller, sitting Supreme Court and County Court Judges, and others allegedly regularly sniff cocaine as a recreational sport.  It has even been reported that Alan uses drugs in chambers inbetween his calendar call. 

Prior to their marriage, sources confirmed to Mount Vernon Exposed that Alan and Faith Miller would engage in sexual activity in his chambers. Faith Miller would then go appear in front of other Judges in the same building. 

Alan’s behavior is not that of a sane, drug free person.  A sane person would not put their hand up their spouse’s crotch in public in front of other sitting judges.  

Currently in New York State, elected and appointed officials, including judges, do not have to submit to drug tests nor is being drug free a requirement for holding public office.  Public officials that handle billions and billions of taxpayer funds can be high as a kite while they are making laws or passing budgets that affect the lives of millions of New Yorkers.

GORDON BURROWS

Alan seems to embrace the criminal element; after all he is a criminal himself.  Just last month at the State of the County address, Alan was seen embracing and sitting next to Gordon Burrows, the disgraced Westchester County Legislator that was arrested with Timothy Cacace, brother of Westchester County Court Judge Susan Cacace, for snorting cocaine in an upstate Mobil gas station parking lot.  

It was alleged that Alan was able to get Burrows a deal by reaching out to the judge handling the case.  As a result of Alan’s interference, Burrows was able to avoid jail time by pleading guilty to a single count of disorderly conduct.  

Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that Alan had a lot to lose if Gordon went to jail.  It has been told to Mount Vernon Exposed that Alan and Burrows and other sitting judges, who we will reveal at a later date, all use the same cocaine supplier.  We must now ask the question; is Alan high on drugs when he renders decisions in the 9^th Judicial District?

Mount Vernon Exposed has learned that a civil rights group is preparing to go to Federal Court to compel Alan to submit to a mental fitness test and also to a drug test.

JUDGE ALAN SCHEINKMAN NAMED IN JURY FIXING SCANDAL

Corrupt Racist Alan Scheinkman

We would like to welcome our readers back to our third issue about Alan who has already become the top search item on Mount Vernon Exposed amassing a record 10,670 hits just this week alone.  Please keep the tips coming in.  At this point you should be very familiar with the sick and twisted mind of Alan Scheinkman, a certified racist, fraud, womanizer, and cheater.  It was recently reported that Alan put his hand up the crotch of his wife Faith Miller in public while in the presence of other sitting Supreme Court and County Judges.

It is becoming quite clear during our investigation that Alan does indeed have a mental problem and is a certified lunatic.  Alan is a failure and his erratic thinking has cost and still is costing New York State taxpayers millions of dollars per year.  

So far we have exposed the circle of corruption permeating the 9^th judicial district.  Alan is the head of the criminal enterprise operating in the 9^th judicial system.  He is assisted by Nancy Mangold, James Garfein, Jennifer Jaffe, J Marshall Mangold, Susan Newman Loehr, several Supreme Court judges and others.  We will expose each and every person that is part of this criminal enterprise over the next few weeks.  

Today we bring you another creepy character that is the glue that keeps the money machine cranking throughout Westchester County.  This shady figure is Susan Newman Loehr, wife of Westchester County Court Judge Gerald Loehr. Judge Loehr is also looking to advance in Alan crime family by seeking a New York State Supreme Court Judgeship. We will make sure that Judge Loehr’s mission ends before it even begins.

  It was previously reported that Alan took plenty of free trips to Anguilla with Supreme Court Judge Sam Walker, County Court Judge Gerald Loehr, and other sitting judges while discussing open cases.  It was also alleged that Alan and other Judges patronized prostitutes while on these excursions.  

Susan Newman Loehr is currently the Commissioner of Jurors and is handsomely compensated by taxpayers at an annual rate of $120,626.  Susan is responsible for getting jurors (including cases involving her husband) for the thousands of cases heard in Westchester County each year. 

Alan had a plan to rape the taxpayers of millions of dollars.  As the saying goes “If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail”.  Alan had no intentions of failing.  Alan was very instrumental in getting Susan appointed as the Commissioner of Jurors.  Susan’s appointment was political payback for favors owed to Susan’s husband, Judge Gerald Loehr.  Judge Loehr is Scheinkman’s hit man.  If Scheinkman wants to screw someone or wants to interrupt someone’s life with a biased ruling, he arranges to have the cases put in front of Gerald Loehr, another certified racist and a fraud.   We will report on Judge Loehr’s cases of impropriety in the next few days.  

While they were island hopping Alan would come up with the idea to appoint Susan as the Commissioner of Jurors.  The Commissioner of Jurors is appointed by the Jury Board that consists Alan, Judge Barbara Zambelli, and County Executive Robert Astorino.  Mount Vernon Exposed has obtained copies of the transcripts from the meeting appointing Susan as Commissioner of Jurors.  The testimony given by Alan is disturbing and reeks of corruption.  

Alan stated that during this meeting that there were over 70 applicants that applied for the position that was becoming vacant because the previous commissioner was retiring.  Alan also said that out of the 70 applicants that only one stood out and that was Susan Loehr. 

 Alan thought by putting Susan is charge of Jurors that would further his criminal enterprise.  Susan would pool jurors that would be favorable to Alan and others.  Alan is listed as presiding Judge of the Commercial Division, the division that hears commercial claims greater than $100,000.  

Susan’s high handed behavior didn’t end with her appointment as the Commissioner of Jurors. Before she was appointed the Commissioner of Jurors, Susan held the position of Principal Administrative Assistant for the 9^th Judicial District.  Susan currently holds two positions and wants to get paid for them as well.  The Chief Administrative Judge of New York State disagrees and stripped Susan of receiving two paychecks.

Mount Vernon Exposed has obtained a copy of the lawsuit and it is attached to this story.  The contents are disturbing.  Susan wrote in court papers “At Judge Scheinkman’s request, I continue to perform the Human Resource functions of Principal Administrative Assistant for the 9^th Judicial District.”  How does Susan sue the employer that pays her salary?  Susan too appears to be an individual that suffers from some sort of mental disorder, and taxpayers are the ones that will suffer from that mental disorder.  

Alan’s criminal enterprise is deeply rooted and is larger than La Costra Nostra.  Alan has no honor.  In fact he fully supports Susan is her lawsuit against the New York State Unified Court System.  Susan also wrote in court papers “Indeed, the current District Administrative Judge expressed on the public record, at the meeting of the Westchester County Jury Board at which I was appointed Commissioner, that my service to the UCS has been exemplary. The minutes of that meeting are attached hereto as Exhibit B”.

Susan is a key figure in keeping the money flowing throughout Westchester County. She pools jurors from areas and neighborhoods that she thinks would return verdicts favorable to her fellow members of the Alan criminal syndicate.

On Monday March 12, 2012, Mount Vernon Exposed released evidence that Judge Adam Seiden had illegally obtained a parking placard from the Mount Vernon Police Department and was involved in a ticket fixing scandal.  Evidence also was released that Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore and members of her office were also involved in a cover up that deprived community activist Samuel L. Rivers of his Civil and Human rights.   Since the story broke, employees at the Mount Vernon Court House have been busy scrambling to cover up the corruption on the part of Janet DiFiore, Judge Seiden, and his first knight Larry Darden. 

Yesterday, while on official assignment as a member of the press investigating a lead for an upcoming article, Westchester County ADA’s Stephen Ronco and John Thomas retaliated against Mount Vernon Exposed Publisher Samuel L. Rivers for releasing the story to the public on March 13, 2012 and for filing grievance’s with the 2nd Department against them.  Both ADA’s aka Janet DiFiore’s lapdogs, face disbarment.   Samuel L. Rivers was FALSLY ARRESTED BY the Mount Vernon Police via an arrest warrant SIGNED BY JUDGE ADAM SEIDEN, on a fabricated report my by Antonetta Perone, daughter of corrupt and disgraced former  DPW Supervisor,  Frank Perone.  Sources have alleged that Perone was forced into retirement by City officials because he constantly took bribes on the side for using City workers to do work for private clients. 

We have obtained the police report used by Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore to file false charges with the Mount Vernon City Court.  Janet and her lapdogs then furthered their criminal activity by then going to Judge Adam Seiden’s office (JUDGE SEIDEN DID NOT HEAR ANY CASES THE DAY OF THE ARREST) to get an arrest warrant signed to bring in Samuel L. Rivers on a charge of HARRASSMENT IN THE 2^ND DEGREE W/ PHYSICAL CONTACT.   

LISTEN TO THE ENTIRE INCIDENT NOW......

According to the complaining witness Antonetta Perone who resides at 319 Locust Street, Mount Vernon, NY 10552, hand written witness deposition obtained by Mount Vernon Exposed, “Sam Rivers approached window # 3, I told him I can only help him with his business and he proceeded to tape record at the window and take pictures which is not permitted.  He then said I don’t need to take your picture because I will follow you home because I know all about you.  I would like to press charges, I fear for my safety.  I am aware he has a gun.  I want an order of protection.” 

READ ANTONETTA PERONE'S HAND WRITTEN STATEMENT

Sounds like a convincing story doesn’t it?  If indeed those words did come out of Samuel L. Rivers mouth in the order and fashion as described by Antonetta Perone in her witness deposition, then Mr. Rivers should be sent to jail for a very long time.  However, that isn’t the case at all.  In the tape recorded conversation obtained by Mount Vernon Exposed, we struggled to find anywhere in the conversation to find those exact words as written and sworn to under penalty of perjury by Antonetta Perone.  Perhaps one of Janet DiFiore’s tech savvy lapdogs can find a way to manipulate the conversation to favor their false and malicious prosecution of Mount Vernon Exposed Publisher Samuel L. Rivers.  That is why we decided to release the tape way ahead of the next court appearance. 

CORRUPT CITY COURT JUDGE ADAM SEIDEN

The version we listened to told a different story.  On tape, it appears that we hear Mr. Rivers attempt to locate Mr. Larry Darden and was unsuccessful.  We then hear Mr. Rivers leave a business card with an employee that works in Mr. Darden’s office.  We then hear Mr. Rivers ask for Ms. Albano, Director of Parking Bureau for the City of Mount Vernon.  We hear a pause and it appears that Mr. Rivers moves to another window to get serviced.  You then hear silence and a voice that is identified as Antonetta Perone say “SAM GO AWAY!”  Sounds like a bizarre and deranged way to greet a member of the press let alone a member of the public that was born and raised in the city of Mount.  Where did this young lady learn her table manners? It was clear that Antonetta had a bone to pick with Mr. Rivers because at one point in the conversation you can hear her threaten Mr. Rivers with arrest by saying “I’ll have you….then she caught herself.  It appears that power, greed, and the lust of the fast life have gotten to Ms. Perone’s head.  You must listen to the tape in its entirety.  As Antonetta is the only witness to this crime the trial should rather short unless the defense calls a lot of witnesses to the stand.   It is strange that in a building where at the time there were no less than 25 people present and in full sight to witness what was going on, Antonetta Perone is the only witness to this imaginary crime?  Hmmmmmm. 

The prosecution’s case is also built on the exceptional police work of Det. Quinoy, another STAR witness for the prosecution.   Should the public be concerned about an improper relationship between Antonetta Perone and Detective Quinoy?

DISGRACED CITY OF MOUNT VERNON WORKER ANTONETTA PERONE

It was also noted on the accusatory filed with the court that the source and basis for the filing of charges were due to a police investigation and that Detective Quinoy was the detective that was the complainant for the Westchester District Attorney.  Detective Quinoy was the Detective brought up on Federal criminal civil rights charges where he was charged with punching and kicking a man in handcuffs who confronted the married detective about rumors he was having an affair with his 22-year-old daughter. Quinoy took the stand during the trial and admitted he arrested Gomez’s wife, Awilda, a few hours after the incident with Gomez because she planned to file a complaint against him.  We certainly look forward to hearing Detective Quinoy’s testimony under oath and his investigative tactics.  We would love to hear his tactics on how he interviews witnesses and gathers evidence. 

The real motive behind the story is simple.  Janet DiFiore and Judge Seiden are upset with the information that was released pertaining to corruption on their part.  They are upset, bitter, and are using unconventional methods to bring Mr. Rivers up on criminal charges.  “If they don’t like what I report, and then clean up your act and you can put me out of business.  Just as with any business this is about supply and demand.  The public is demanding answers to the unsolved homicides and police cover ups assisted by Janet DiFiore.  And there is definitely no short supply of corruption to report.”

This lynching of Mr. Rivers by Janet DiFiore and Judge Adam Seiden was also a nefarious plot to ban Mr. Rivers from the courthouse so he could not investigate the allegations of ticket fixing and court case fixing by Larry Darden and Judge Seiden among others.  They only way this enormous task could be accomplished was to get someone in their criminal element to file a false police report and then they would take it from there.  The co-conspirators did not want Rivers in the courtrooms in The City of Mount Vernon.  An ORDER OF PROTECTION is currently in place banning Mr. Rivers from exercising his FIRST AMENDENT protected activities as a member of the press.  Would Janet DiFiore lock up a reporter from News 12 or The Journal News under similar circumstances?  Does Antonetta Perone feel that threatened of Mr. Rivers that she needs an order of protection even though she is behind 8 inch bulletproof glass and there are about a dozen gun toting Court Officers around?   

We sincerely hope Janet DiFiore can look deep, deep into her soul and save the taxpayers of Mount Vernon, Westchester County, and New York State some money by immediately dropping these charges and then file perjury charges against Antonetta Perone and force her to personally for any damages that may be incurred by taxpayers due to any future planned litigation.  Antonetta Perone should also be fired because she is a liability to the City of Mount Vernon.  She is rude, reckless, ill-mannered, and classless. 

The credibility of Janet DiFiore’s office is at stake.  Will she do the right thing? No need to wait to try to get one of the establishments’s crooked judges to find Mr. Rivers guilty, as there is NO JURY TRIAL afforded a defendant being prosecuted for a violation.  The evidence is being presented here on this forum for the world to see.  No need to waste the taxpayer’s money having a long and drawn out trial wasting already scare resources.  If Janet DiFiore does indeed think there is enough evidence to move forward with a prosecution, we implore her to televise the trial for complete transparency.  Mr.  Rivers told Mount Vernon Exposed that he too is in favor of a televised trial.  “I am all for transparency.  That has been my mission all along and I will not lose focus.  I must be getting close to blowing the lid off of the criminal element permeating the Westchester County Court System because they are just brazenly and stupidly breaking the law without a care or concern in world,” said Rivers. 

Mount Vernon Exposed did some investigation into the background of the complaining witness.  We were shocked at what we discovered.  Our investigation has revealed that Antonetta Perone aka Toni Perone is also involved in the parking ticket scandal alongside Judge Adam Seiden and Chief Darden. (Details to be released a public and televised press conference) 

Mount Vernon did a Google search on Antonetta Perone and several pictures came up including a picture of a scantily clad, Antonetta with a guy who appears to be licking his tongue towards Antoinette’s  breast.  Another picture shows Perone with a police officer that was under investigation for identity theft of a civilian.    

Many question the lifestyle on Antonetta Perone as it exceeds her salary as a cashier in the courthouse.  She drives around in the latest model E CLASS COUPE that has a starting price of $49,800 and can run as high as $90,000 depending on options.  Antonetta Perone’s salary for 2011 according to City of Mount Vernon payroll records is $36,260.  Does this young lady have a second job to keep up with her lifestyle because it is crystal clear that she raking in the dough from elsewhere?  That brings us back to the parking ticket scandal. 

Several sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that Perone has a serious infatuation with Kim Kardashian.  Perone is alleged to have had tens of thousands of dollars in cosmetic surgery done including breast enhancements and butt injections to resemble her idol, Kim Kardashian.   Again, how does Antonetta Perone afford these cosmetic enhancements on her City of Mount Vernon salary?

Antonetta Perone’s high handed lifestyle doesn’t end there.  According to City records Antonetta Perone is listed as the owner of 319 Locust Street and there appears to be no mortgage on the property.  How many police officers in the City of Mount Vernon can say they are stretching their dollars as far as Antonetta Perone?  The starting salary for a police officer is just over $35K. 

Mr. Rivers also told Mount Vernon Exposed that he has no problem with the Mount Vernon Police Department.  “The Officers (MVPD) were extremely professional and courteous while I was in custody and explained to me that they had nothing to do with the situation and were surprised that the District Attorney even entertained Toni Perone’s foolishness.
