A political insider has informed Mount Vernon Exposed that Westchester Dem Crime Boss Reggie Lafayette had a secret lunch meeting with two organized crime family members on Tuesday regarding today's elections. The lunch meeting was held at Lincoln Lounge in Mount Vernon.  Lincoln Lounge is an Italian Restaurant that has been a staple in the Mount Vernon community for over 50 years.

According to the insider, the crime bosses gave Reggie Lafayette $300K cash to pay people up to $100 each to vote for Ernie Davis for Mayor and Brandon Sall for Westchester Surrogate Judge.  The people that are being paid to vote are instructed to go to several sites in Mount Vernon where key people Reggie has put in place have already been advised of the plan to defraud the entire election process.  Reggie Lafayette has been running this racketeering scheme for years and during the previous Mayoral primary election in 2011. 

The site where Reggie has placed his workers are as follow:  Levister Towers Community Room, Grimes Elementary School, Lincoln Elementary School, Cecil H. Parker Elementary, Mandela High School, Unity Gardens Community Room, City Hall and Graham Elementary School.

Poll Watchers must be vigilant and challenge every vote cast at these sites.   Reggie has instructed that this scam be carried out during the day while most people are at work.  The insider said Reggie is always boasting and bragging about how they paid over 1,000 people to vote for Mayor Ernie Davis in the previous Mayoral election.

If poll watchers notice any fraud at the polling place, please take a picture of the suspect and contact the F.B.I. immediately.

The fraud and cover up committed by Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore and Dennis Glazer is the biggest political scandal since Richard Nixon’s “Watergate”.  The fraud and subsequent cover up was made possible by a few players who have pilfered Westchester County of tens of millions of dollars over the last two decades.  The players are Janet DiFiore, Terrence Raynor, Diane Atkins, Valerie Woodbine-Raynor, and Philippe Gille.  The players, professionally trained criminals, all have skeletons in their closet, so therefore they are beholden to the powers that be because they fear their dirty little secrets will come to light.  Mount Vernon Exposed will bring these secrets to light.

In our last article on Phil Gille, we revealed the fact that Gille is a member of N.A.M.B.L.A. or the North American Man Boy Lovers Association.  Ed Fagan, another Astorino appointee, is also a member and a known pedophile.  Fagan is Gille’s partner in crime and was named along with Gille as “persons of interest” in the murder of a 12 year old boy from Yonkers that showed signed of severe sexual abuse when his corpse was discovered by investigators. 

Mount Vernon Exposed just recently learned that from sources deemed reliable, that there are several investigators and assistant district attorneys in Janet DiFiore’s office that are also part of N.A.M.B.L.A...  Mount Vernon Exposed has learned that Paul Stein, Bureau Chief of the Yonkers Branch, is a full-fledged N.A.M.B.L.A. member.  Stein has been seen at N.A.M.B.L.A. meetings with Gille and Fagan.  Sources have alleged that Stein, Gille, and Fagan have engaged in weekend long orgies at a house in the Hamptons controlled by Gille.  This is just the tip of the iceberg of the criminality that continues to come from DiFiore’s office.  Her top cop, Terrence Raynor, was recently sued for defrauding taxpayers out of over $30K by claiming S.T.A.R. exemptions on two different properties at the same time.

Stein also took the oath “In the Anus we trust” when he decided to join the pedophilia activities of Fagan and Gille.  Just recently, one of Gille’s young boy lovers named Omar Rueda was charged with assaulting his girlfriend.  According to sources, Rueda told Gille that unless he helped him and made the domestic violence matter go away, he would expose and tell authorities about Gille’s rape, abuse, and molestation of Rueda and other young boys. 

Gille then allegedly retained Pauline Galvin, a politically connected attorney with ties to disgraced former State Senator Nick Spano who is currently in jail on tax evasion charges.  Gille was in court front and center for each and every court appearance to ensure that his lover boy Omar didn’t squeal and tell the bedroom secrets of Gille.  Sources have reported that Gille has a dungeon in the basement of his house complete with bondage chains and leather outfits. 

After retaining Galvin to represent his boy lover, Gille then turned to fellow N.A.M.B.L.A. member Paul Stein to make the case go away.  Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that Stein is closely watching the matter and has an offer on the table for “Rueda” that “cannot be refused.  Stein’s offer will ensure that Gille is protected from prosecution and can continue his assault on the anuses of young boys.  Stein must also be brought to justice for his pedophilia activities.  Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that Stein is frequently sent pictures of naked young boys to his cellphone from Gille, Fagan, and other N.A.M.B.L.A. members. 

In the 1990’s former District Attorney Jeanine Pirro was investigating Gille about his pedophilia activities.  Pirro interviewed one young man named Michael Tomanelli about Gille’s pedophilia activities.  Tomanelli kept his mouth shut and as a result, was rewarded with a job in the Westchester Park’s Department where he is still employed today.  How much will taxpayers continue to pay because of Gille’s pedophilia activities?  To be continued……..

Gille and his partner in crime Ed Fagan were “Persons of Interest” in the cold case murder of Orlandito Rosario Maldonado, the 12 year old boy found dumped in a ditch along the Saw Mill River Parkway.  According to reports, Maldonado was found badly decomposed with parts of his body missed.  There were signs that the 12 year old was brutally raped.  Gille and Fagan were said to have sex with the young boy hours before he was murdered and may have even been the ones who murdered the young boy.

Gille, Fagan, and several other notable government and elected officials are part of an organization called N.A.M.B.L.A. or the North American Man Boy Lovers Association.  N.A.M.B.L.A. is an organization for pedophiles where they get together and prey on young boys.  According to their website,” Present laws, which focus only on the age of the participants, ignore the quality of their relationships. We know that differences in age do not preclude mutual, loving interaction between persons. NAMBLA is strongly opposed to age-of-consent laws and all other restrictions which deny men and boys the full enjoyment of their bodies and control over their own lives.”

Gille and Fagan belong to a local chapter that has meetings in Westchester County.  At these meetings they meet the young boys and then make arrangements to meet them on their own time.  For Gille and Fagan, the scene of the crime for their sexual activities with these underage boys is a house in the Hamptons.  This is where Gille and Fagan engage in free for all sex with these minors.

Another culprit who alleged to be part of this ring is Mark Fang, a practicing attorney who was recently appointed by Robert Astorino as the Executive Director of the Human Rights Commission.  It was reported that Fang also participates in the sexcapades in the Hamptons and is also a member of N.A.M.B.L.A. .  It was also reported that Fang is part of these wild sex excursions to the Hamptons with underage minors. 

It has also been reported that Gille and Fagan have child pornography on their home computers and this is a known fact to Janet DiFiore, Terrance Raynor, and investigators in the Westchester District Attorney’s office.  Janet and her rogue investigators have been using this information as a bargaining chip to insure Gille and Fagan destroy the “Nanny Gate” paper trail.  As added insurance, Janet and Terrance have Terrance’s wife Valerie as the “Gate Keeper” of the operation to rid the Department of Social Services of this paper trail.

Ed Fagan is a known drunk and a functioning alcoholic.  Co-workers in the Department of Social Services have complained to Mount Vernon Exposed that Fagan constantly reeks of alcohol when he comes to work.  According to one source, “You can smell the liquor coming from his pores.” 

Just recently Fagan was stopped for driving while intoxicated.  It was unclear if he was arrested and taken into custody, but according to a law enforcement source, Fagan was “loaded”.  It appears that Fagan has used his get out jail card courtesy of the crooked district attorney Janet DiFiore.

Mount Vernon Exposed has recently reported that 1^st Deputy Commissioner Phil Gille is a known pedophile and has been preying on young boys for more than 20 years.  Gille is Westchester’s own Jerry Sandusky, the disgraced Penn State football recently convicted of raping and molesting young boys at Penn State University.  After our coverage on Gille, Mount Vernon Exposed was inundated with calls and emails seeking to know how Gille was involved in the “Nanny Gate” cover up and how did/does Gille benefit from such a cover up.  We will now explain detail for detail Gille’s motives and reasoning for covering up the “Nanny Gate” scandal.

Approximately two weeks ago, Gille’s Westchester County issued car was stolen by one of his young male lovers.  Gille reported the theft to his superiors in the County Executive Rob Astorino’s administration. While Astorino’s administration was frustrated and angered at Gille’s negligence, Gille was assured that the incident would be covered and made to look as if it never occurred.  If the public became aware of Gille’s activity it would be damaging for Astorino and his administration.

 The Astorino administration then sent detectives from the Westchester County Police to Gille’s residence at 21 Fairfield Place in Yonkers, NY.  To date, there is no evidence or records on file to suggest or indicate that Gille was ever issued a county vehicle even though most employees would confirm same.  No police report was ever filed at any police department, anywhere in Westchester County or the State of New York.

When detectives arrived at the residence and rang the doorbell, they were greeted by a 15 year male, dressed in only a tank top and underwear.  When questioned by the detectives the 15 year male told detectives that he was an acquaintance of Gille’s and that they just returned from shopping and having dinner.  When detectives tried to get further information regarding the minor, the minor told the detectives to ask Gille about the extent of their relationship.  According to sources, Gille and the minor are sexually involved, and have been for some time now. Gille has also hired numerous of his “boy toys” to various positions in the Department of Social Services.  The Astorino administration is fully aware of Gille’s conduct and his pedophilia hobby. 

Westchester County detectives then took this information back to Terrence Raynor, Janet’s crooked Chief Investigator.  DiFiore then instructed Raynor and her 1^st Deputy John George to pay Mr. Gille a visit and tell him that if he didn’t cover up and squash the “Nanny Gate” investigation they would prosecute him for having sex with a minor and statutory rape.  Raynor and Janet’s deputy also paid a visit to Kevin Plunkett and advise him of same.  Raynor and George told Plunkett that they would arrest Gille in the Department of Social Services and would say that he was the source of the “Nanny Gate” leak and his reasons for doing so was to damage Janet’s reputation and to clear the path for Plunkett to run for Westchester District Attorney.  Plunkett can be seen on almost a daily basis going in and out of Janet DiFiore’s office. 

Plunkett and Janet are now on the same team.  Plunkett was promised a Supreme Court Judgeship position and the endorsement for Westchester D.A. in the event Janet doesn’t survive politically. All Plunkett has to do in Janet’s own words is to “fire that bitch Vasquez and get rid of whatever she was working on.  She is dangerous and can bring us all down.”

Westchester District Attorney’s Janet DiFiore office continues to be embroiled in one scandal after the other.  While the crooked and crime ridden DA’s office continues to blame “political operatives” for the black eye currently on the DA’s office, the public and media can see straight through Janet DiFiore and her henchmen.  The time has come for Janet DiFiore and her Chief Investigator Terrence Raynor to resign from office and turn themselves into authorities for prosecution.

Just last week it was revealed in a lawsuit that Raynor has illegally scammed the taxpayers of Mount Vernon and Peekskill by getting S.T.A.R. exemptions that he was not entitled to.  The theft amounts to over $27,000.  Just today, the Journal News has reported that Raynor purchased a house in Mount Vernon in 2002 while he was the police chief that already had the Senior S.T.A.R. exemption in place.  He scammed taxpayers out of an additional $13,500 by not notifying Mount Vernon City Officials that he was not entitled to the Senior S.T.A.R. exemption. 

At this point Raynor should utilize the Miranda warning that his team of crooked investigators recites to suspects before interrogation.

§  Anything you say or do can and will be held against you in a court of law.

§  You have the right to an attorney.

§  If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you.

§  Do you understand these rights I have just read to you?

Raynor’s response to the Journal News reporter when asked about his “triple dipping” of S.T.A.R. benefits was incriminating to say the least.  “Certainly, I don’t think I’m at fault if someone else didn’t do their homework,” he said.  The comment made by Raynor displays complete arrogance and is a reflection of the culture of corruption co-signed by his boss, Janet DiFiore. 

Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that Janet DiFiore was well aware of Raynor’s criminal conduct before she hired him.  After all, Janet was seeking the best and brightest criminals to work in her office as investigators. 

Taxpayers can be assured that Raynor will almost certainly be ordered to repay the $40,000 plus legal costs for his blatant and outright theft of taxpayer dollars.

Janet DiFiore the District Attorney of the County of Westchester continues to play politics with the voters of Westchester County.  She refuses to take interviews on camera regarding the Nanny Gate scandal and only releases statements on paper to the media. 

Today news has broken that Janet DiFiore’s Chief of Investigations Terrance Raynor has also been caught with his hand in the cookie jar and just like just like his boss, took steps to try to cover up this criminal activity.  Mount Vernon Exposed has also learned that Raynor was also in involved in what has become known nationwide as “Nanny Gate”. 

We will now break down Raynor’s involvement in “Nanny Gate”.  According to a confidential source in the Westchester District Attorney’s office and the Department of Social Services, Raynor was fully aware the DiFiore’s nanny had been rejected in the past for Medicare.  Janet would become frustrated and make comments in the office about her nanny’s declining health and how it was costing her so much money. Janet became increasingly frustrated when The Department of Social Services rejected Marina Buchannan for welfare benefits. 

Raynor then approached Janet DiFiore and offered his help.  Raynor informed DiFiore that his wife worked in the Department of Social Services and could get her nanny approved for welfare benefits.  Terrence Raynor is married to Valerie Raynor aka Valerie Woodbine.  Valerie Woodbine is the sister is Shoshanna Woodbine.  Shoshanna Woodbine is married to Nashon Halevi.  Nashon Halevi is the brother of Naomi Halevi and the son of Serepher Halevi.  Naomi Halevi was recently convicted of defrauding the Federal government’s Section 8 program by receiving section 8 while owning a house located at 10 California Road.  The house at 10 California Road is valued at over $800,000. 

Valerie Raynor then went to her boss at the time, Diane Atkins and informed her of Janet’s nanny situation brought to her attention by her husband Terrance.  Atkins then opened a case in the Central office where she was 1^st Deputy Commissioner. Janet’s nanny previously was denied welfare in the Yonkers district office just a few short blocks from where she resided.  Atkins got the job done and earned herself a permanent get out of jail free card from Janet DiFiore.  For the reasons stated herein, Janet has refused to investigate any allegations of corruption within the Department of Social Services.  Instead she has sent her “Hit Squad” to destroy any evidence that threatens to bring down her “Power Circle”. 

According to sources, Valerie Raynor was the one who typed the “trumped up” letter to DiFiore’s office about fraud investigator Dhyalma Vazquez.  When DiFiore’s office came to investigate Valerie illegally turned over Vazquez' personnel file.  Philippe Gille, currently the 1^st Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Social Services, was recently caught on tape discussing DiFiore’s underhanded behavior regarding DiFiore’s criminal cover up. 

According to an investigator in DiFiore’s office, Terrence was promised that he will be made the Westchester County Police Commissioner in 2014 if Tim Idoni or Ken Jenkins is elected County Executive.  According to the Investigator, Janet said “In this business, it is very important that you never forgot who your friends are”. 

Terrence Raynor was eager to depart Janet’s office for some time now and has been seeking other law enforcement positions outside New York State, specifically down south. Just recently, he was spotted meeting with Mount Vernon Mayor Ernest Davis about becoming Mount Vernon’s top cop.
 

Terrence has brought disgrace to his badge and should be thoroughly investigated for his role in “Nanny Gate”.  As the Chief of Investigations for DiFiore every investigation by that office headed by him and his rogue unit of investigstors should be re-opened and investigated by outside agencies. Raynor and DiFiore have left a black eye on the District Attorney’s office that will take decades to wipe away. 

However there is light at the end of the tunnel for Terrence, he can avoid prosecution by turning State’s evidence against his boss Janet DiFiore and hopefully get no prison sentence for the crimes he committed.  To be continued>>>>>

The judicial branch of government, especially the electoral process, is the branch of government that is ignored by much of the population.  Voters blindly elect judges that miraculously appear on the ballot through backroom deals.  The people are then manipulated into thinking that these judges subscribe to a Democratic or Republican set of values, when in fact the corruption that permeates the 9^th judicial system crosses party lines. 

The New York State Unified Court system is divided into 13 judicial districts, with Westchester County falling in the 9^th Judicial District.  The Administrative Judge of the 9^th Judicial District is Alan D. Scheinkman an individual that is a known racist, corrupt, and is probably the most unscrupulous individual to ever hold judicial office in the State of New York.  The Hon. was intentionally left off in front of Alan Scheinkman’s name because he has no honor.  We will only use the term HON. when we feel it is appropriate and only reserved for those individuals that are truly Honorable Justices. 

Today, we begin the biography of Alan D. Who is Alan D. Scheinkman?

Alan is an unscrupulous individual that craves money and power and has probably broken every ethics law on the books today.  Our investigation has uncovered that Alan was involved in criminal cover ups, assisted by Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore, is routinely involved in fixing cases, blatantly discriminates against Judges of color, frequently travels to the Caribbean with other Judges while discussing open cases, and cheated on his wife while he was married.   

Alan was elected to the New York Supreme Court in 2006.  Prior to that Alan was the Westchester County Attorney, where sources close to Alan told Mount Vernon Exposed HD, that Alan had a mental breakdown while he was County Attorney.  A chemical imbalance in the brain of Alan could be the driving force behind the corruption in the 9^th Judicial District.  Alan was also employed by the firm, DelBello, Donnellan, Weingarten, Tartaglia, Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP, a politically connected law firm that has long been dubbed the powerhouse of Westchester County.  

While at the law firm of DelBello, Donnellan, Weingarten, Tartaglia, Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP, Alan met Faith G. Miller, an attorney with whom Alan had a five year affair with while he was married.  According to sources close to Alan, it is alleged that Faith G. Miller and Alan would routinely stay late in the office long after other attorneys have gone for the day.  It would be then that Alan and Faith would allegedly engage in sexual activity on desks in the office.  It is alleged that cleaning personnel would routinely find semen and woman’s undergarments while cleaning the office. According to sources, Alan was let go from the firm because he was playing politics and wasn't focusing on his clients.

Alan's political aspirations paid off, as he know who rub shoulders with to put him in a position of power.  Now Alan is using taxpayer money to make good on his election promises that me made when he told his key people he would stack them throughout the 9th Judicial District. 

According to the website of DelBello, Donnellan, Weingarten, Tartaglia, Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP, Faith G. Miller is listed as an attorney specializing in Matrimony.  While this alleged affair occurred, Faith Miller was married to Larry Frankel, a multi-millionaire artist and photographer.   They resided at 10 Puritan Road, Rye, NY. 

Through the years, Faith Miller and Alan got very close.  Alan eventually left his wife, and Faith eventually divorced her husband.  Alan and Faith were recently married and now live together at 10 Puritan Road, a house valued at over $4 Million dollars.   Alan appears to be quite the playboy.  It is disturbing that a sitting judge would engage in adultery a forbidden practice according to biblical law.  Alan boasts and brags constantly about his Jewish heritage.    

Judge Alan Scheinkman is a Fraud

It was told to Mount Vernon Exposed, the Alan and Faith Miller had a destination wedding and that the only person on color in attendance was Westchester County Democratic Chairman Reginald Lafayette and Judge Sam Walker.  It was reported that Justice Walker and Alan have travelled to Anguillah together.  Judge Walker’s wife is head of the tourism board for Anguillah.  We could not find out at press time if Alan paid for any of these trips or if he went free.  Alan has a history of being a leech and a parasite.  Several other judges who we will not name at this time were also present and the scene was described as worse that the scandal in Columbia involving members of President Obama’s security detail. 

When asked if the judges patronized prostitutes during the trip, we were told by a Judge familiar with the incident, “Those weren’t their wives they were with and I will leave it at that.”

Alan, mesmerized by having a younger blonde by his side, allegedly paid for Faith Miller to get breast implants.  Sources also said that recently at an event, Alan was seen with his hand up the crotch of Faith Miller. Yes, all of this was done in public.  Not caring about the appearance of impropriety, Alan hired the daughter of Faith Miller to a cushy high paying job in the same office where he is the boss.  Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed HD that the daughter of Faith Miller was let go by the Office of Court Administration after top officials learned about our corruption investigation.  It has also been reported that Alan also has a son and nephew of the payroll courtesy of Westchester County taxpayers. 

Mount Vernon Exposed HD has recently learned that a barrage of complaints was filed against Alan by members of the public and by other Judges for his unethical conduct.  Judges in the courthouse have long complained that it is a conflict of interest for Faith Miller to appear in any capacity in front of the Judges in the courthouse when her husband is there boss. 

It was reported to Mount Vernon Exposed HD, that Scheinkman was seeking to become the top judge in another judicial district because he wanted to continue his corruption.  An ambitious man, Alan had and still has dreams of becoming a Federal judge or the Presiding Judge of the 2^nd Department Appellate Division.  It is again unclear that the future employers of Alan know about his mental breakdown or even if he is mentally fit to sit as a judge.  A complaint was recently filed with the Commission on Judicial Conduct because according to sources, Alan never disclosed his mental illness to the public or on employment documents.  It is clear that Alan appears to be mentally ill as a sane person does not exhibit such strange behavior. 

Judges in the 9^th Judicial District are very afraid of Alan who is rumored to be a very vindictive and evil man.  “We are scared of Judge Scheinkman.  We know what we are doing is wrong in regards to Faith Miller.  It’s either we play ball or risk being moved to Orange or Dutchess County. “

As the Administrative Judge, Alan has the power to move justices as he sees fit throughout the 9^th Judicial District.  The 9^th Judicial District is made up of 5 counties, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Dutchess, and Orange.  Just because a Judge is elected in Westchester does not necessarily mean you will sit on the bench in Westchester.    One may ask themself, how does Alan benefit by Faith Miller receiving a favorable decision from one of Alan’s subordinates?

According to sources, justices that have cases involving Faith Miller already went to and received their certification from the ALAN SCHOOL OF TRAINING FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF CORRUPTION IN THE 9^TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT.  These justices have already been instructed that they are to prolong the cases for as long as humanly possible, therefore increasing Faith Miller’s billable hours to her client.   Income for Faith Miller is income for Alan Scheinkman. 

Alan corrupt acts may be directly attributed to his need to live a lifestyle of the rich and famous.  Alan constantly talks about his expensive sailboat and his frequent trips to exotic islands.  Just when does Alan find the time to run the courts if he is never there?
