Once upon a time awoke from a dream a dame who thought she was so fine

Mommy and Daddy saying, girl you be one of them lawyers and you’ll have a grand ole time!

Packing up to law school this young lass went, liken contracts, motions, torts and a myriad of events

Never think’ in someday soon Kathie E. would be maligning

All us cats who don’t settle in her court, she’s bound to be haranguing

Graduation Day came and it was a blast

Parties, guy’s, dancing and confetti, two years went so fast

So long Jurist Prudence facility and please pass no more gas

So I better get off my ruffled duff and hope they don’t give a polygraph 

A cushy job and those white flunkies will beckon to my call

If not I’ll grab em by their throat, maybe then they’ll follow my protocol

I’ll learn the ropes and rituals from those who ran before

Now it ‘my turn to be elected and I must walk through that dark door  

Power, connections, and politics, I’ve such a happy grin

We’re your shielded Judges, assigned lawyers, clerks, security, cps and quack doctors although

We can’t be sued by anyone so corrupt ‘in we must go

One hand washes the other here, its lunch time tally-ho

Fix it our way like Burger King is our only motto

And you ain’t do ‘in noth’in about it! We mock, ho ho, so forget about your rights they just flew out the window

Violent live-in boyfriend, guns and beating up his wife

I’m above the law, making back door deals, can’t you see I’m living proof

And “the Child’s best interests,” oh no, in my mind that’s just a goof

Tampering with evidence, changing the record and ex parte affairs its part of a spoof

Attorney’s Cambariere, Guttridge, Humphrey, law guardian Kolnik, cps Jamala Smith are under my roof

The county quack physician  Dr. Ruth Cohen’s falsified reports

Along with all hearsay statements are entered into evidence in these horrendous courts  

How else could we find Mr. Sacco guilty when we have no proof

Mr. and Mrs. Public don’t come in hea looking for justice; we’ll put you through the roof

Innumerable “procedural errors” on purpose were produced

Muzzling any arguments so Mr. Sacco’s retained attorneys couldn’t be used

Denying all their motions, evidence and dragging the trial out four years

My friends Cambararie, Guttridge, Humphrey, Kolnik, cps Jamela Smith I allowed ramble on like auctioneers

I ended the trial abruptly, Sacco’s witnesses on the stand

I couldn’t hear any more of their testimony; they made his fatherhood seem so grand

When it came to giving him his last rights I figured I’d drowned him in sinking sand

Then I grabbed Assigned Attorney Daniel Pagano in the hall to take Mr. Sacco by the hand

Not giving him time to get familiar with the case

I was sure to have an outcome that I thought no one could trace

Do I have to beat it into you? Can’t you see by now, I’m a total disgrace!

But I’m not done yet with my dirty tricks

When Pagano filed the Appeal papers in the clerk’s office downstairs it took its licks

We lost the papers don’t you see, this “parental alienation” thing feels good to me.

So now, Mr. Sacco, what do you think?

 I kidnapped your kid and gave him to a fink!

Violent Henry Camardella to take your place

I know you told me in open court, you’d sue me to my face!!!

Oh, and one more thing I failed to mention,

Did I tell you,  I’m on the board of the Westchester County Domestic Violence Convention!!!

So, that’s the story of your family court

And it won’t be over till we retort and put behind bars

 Those who take what’s ours

Corrupt Westchester Family Court Judge Kathie Davidson

Mount Vernon Exposed™® has learned that a complaint has been filed with the commission on judicial conduct against Westchester County Supervising Judge Kathie Davidson for conduct on and off the bench that led to the death of a 2 year old New Rochelle infant.  

It appears from recent news reports that Westchester County Family Court Judge Kathie Davidson has followed in the footsteps of her colleague, Judge Horowitz.  Judge Horowitz rose to fame when she was sanctioned in 2005 when she tried to get her friends favorable outcomes on cases that were presently before other Judges in Westchester County Family Court.  

Now, also like her counterpart Judge Horowitz, who was promoted to Acting Supreme Court after her act of corruption, Judge Kathie Davidson is be honored on February 16 at Westchester Community College, Academic Arts Building Theater in Valhalla, NY. The program is free and will run from 6-9 p.m.

The following awards will be presented:

• “The Betty Shabazz Award” - Honorable Kathie Davidson, a supervising Family Court Judge.
• The Madame C. J. Walker Award” - Wiley Harrison, a Certified Public Accountant and Businessman.
• “The Whitney Young Award” - Pennye Nash, a Health and Human Service Professional

Mount Vernon Exposed™® has received many calls in recent weeks regarding unethical conduct on the part of Judge Kathie Davidson.  Judge Davidson is the long time girlfriend of embattled City of Mount Vernon Mayor Clinton Young and is frequently seen attending events in and around the City of Mount Vernon in support of her beau.  

Many people question the intellect and reason Judge Davidson was promoted so quickly to Supervising Judge for Family Court 9^th Judicial District.  Recent news articles describe Judge Davidson as being political savvy.  Mount Vernon Exposed™® has also received credible information including an email from someone claiming to be a neighbor of Judge Davidson suggesting that she slept her way to the top.  

In the email, the neighbor wrote that Judge Davidson slept with Westchester County Chairman Reginald LaFayette to get the nomination for Westchester County Family Court.  Mount Vernon Exposed™® has since spoken with Chairman LaFayette and he said those allegations were not true.

But since Mount Vernon Exposed™® ran an earlier article about Judge Davidson more information about her past has come to light.  Sources told Mount Vernon Exposed the Judge Davidson was also allegedly involved in an affair with then Supervising Judge on the 9^th Judicial District Francis Nicolai.  Judge Nicolai appears to be quite the playboy as it has also been confirmed that he and Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore travelled to Italy together quite possibly courtesy of Westchester County taxpayers.  Judge Davidson and Janet DiFiore are very close friends.  

Judge Davidson as told by court staff and court officers does not appear to be a very competent Judge and comes from the same political camp as two other Judges whose inept thinking has led to the deaths of other children.

Judge Horowitz was the Judge behind the murder of the 9 year old girl murdered in Mount Vernon by her father.  Judge Horowitz issued an order of protection that didn’t immediately vacate her ex-husband even the wife complained on several occasions about death threats she received from her ex-husband.

Information has also surfaced that the mother of Richard Leak, the individual charged in the killing of his 2 year old son is politically connected to the Democrats in New Rochelle.  Please check out the following blog from New Rochelle.

Earning $135,000 a year for some people means good living and enjoying the finer things in life.  Apparently for DPW Supervisor Rudy Persaud that isn’t enough.  Once again Rudy Persaud has shown that corruption is “alive and well” in the administration of Mayor Clinton Young.  Rudy Persaud is currently serving a 30 day suspension without pay for his latest act of official misconduct.  

Mount Vernon City officials are well aware of Persaud’s corruption and are taking steps to do damage control, especially since this year is a Mayoral election year.  The damage done by Persaud and others may prove too much to rehabilitate Mayor Young’s failing re-election bid.  

According to sources, Rudy Persaud is facing potential criminal charges due to the fact he used city equipment and resources paid for by Mount Vernon taxpayers to repair a private homeowner’s sidewalk at 245 Summit Avenue.  Alice Seibert, the owner of the property, paid Rudy Persaud money to repair the sidewalk after Rudy Persaud suggested to Ms. Seibert that he could get the job done at a cheap price.  The homeowner then entered into an agreement to repair the sidewalk at 245 Summit Avenue.  

However, before Rudy Persaud entered into a contract to repair the sidewalk, a neighbor to Ms. Seibert, Rose Petrucci, who lives at 255 Summit fell and seriously injured herself on the sidewalk at 245 Summit Avenue.  The injury to Ms. Petrucci prompted Rudy Persaud to go to 245 Summit to inspect the property to see if the City of Mount Vernon was liable for the injury and also for the repair of the sidewalk.  Typically, the City of Mount Vernon repairs sidewalks that are damaged due to uprooting trees.  Sources have told Mount Vernon exposed that there was tree root damage at 245 Summit Avenue, however Mr. Persaud told the homeowner that the damage to the sidewalk at 245 Summit Avenue was caused by “environmental causes” and therefore the City of Mount Vernon was not responsible for the repair.  

Mr. Persaud then proceeded to repair Ms. Seibert’s sidewalk.  Mr. Persaud then got paid for the work he and/or his son who is also a public work employee did.  In between all of these events the neighbor at 255 Summit Avenue commenced legal action against the City of Mount Vernon.  The legal matter is still ongoing.  During a deposition hearing where Rudy Persaud was deposed and was under oath, Rudy fabricated tales surrounding the events that led to the repairing of the sidewalk at 245 Summit Avenue.  Rudy denied that he fixed the sidewalks when accusations surfaced.  Rudy was in denial until checks were produced by Ms. Seibert showing that he was indeed paid for his services.  Corporation Counsel Loretta Hottinger quickly tried to push this under the rug.  

Rudy was then given a disciplinary hearing about his egregious, blatant acts of corruption.  Rudy was then given a 30 day suspension without pay.  Loretta Hottinger then forwarded this information over to the Westchester County District Attorney’s office for criminal prosecution.  Mount Vernon Exposed™® will continue to follow this ongoing corruption scandal in Mayor Young’s administration.

Racist Family Court Judge Elect Michelle Shauer

It has come to the attention of Mount Vernon Exposed®™ that racist tactics similar to those used by the Klu Klux Klan are being used by Administrative Judge of the Ninth Judicial district, Alan Scheinkman and Kathie Davidson, Administrative Judge for Family Court, Ninth Judicial district.  

Based upon information and belief, Family Court Judge elect, Michelle Schauer was assigned to Yonkers Family Court beginning in January 2011.  According to sources close to Scheinkman and Schauer, Schauer became extremely angered about the decision to place her in Yonkers.  Mount Vernon Exposed®™ has heard allegations that Michelle Schauer, as Family Court Referee, removed Latino children from their parents simply because the parents did not speak English.  

The Journal News recently covered the horrendous conditions and severe overcrowding in the Yonkers Family Court.  Family Court Judge elect Michelle Schauer decided to take matters into her own hands.  Judge Shauer went out on her own and purchased an asbestos and mold kit.  Judge Schauer then went to the Yonkers Family Court facility on South Broadway and took air samples.  The air samples tested positive for asbestos and mold.

Mount Vernon Exposed investigated Judge-elect Schauer's allegations and found them to be credible.   In a report released by the NYS Office of Court Facilities numerous hazardous conditions were found to exist at the Yonkers Family Court facility.  Some of these dangers include inadequate heating, air conditioning, and ventilation.  Numerous safety issues were also found to exist.  A copy of the report can be found below this story.

It is then alleged that Judge Shauer put her findings in writing to Judge Scheinkman and Judge Davidson informing them that she will not be taking the bench there come January 2011.  According to the source, Judge Shauer described the Yonkers Family Court facility as “uninhabitable”.   Judge Davidson and Judge Scheinkman have been scrambling to find a home for Judge Shauer.  According to the source, Judge Shauer has been getting preferential treatment because she is white.  Judge Malone, who also sits in Yonkers and is black, has been ignored for years and her alleged complaints have fallen on deaf ears.

Mount Vernon Exposed™® has just been informed that former City of Mount Vernon Councilwoman Eileen Justino’s mother was allegedly involved in a fatal hit and run.  According to The Journal News, Bridget Gambone, 85, was arrested by Bronxville detective and charged with felony leaving the scene of an accident which resulted in a death.  Gambone was arraigned in Bronxville village court and released without bail. 

Gambone is charged with running down popular Bronxville educator Sheryl Chasin.  

 Eileen Justino lost her re-election bid for City Council in 2009.  Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that Justino plans to run again in 2011.   Mount Vernon Exposed™® will continue to follow this story.
