Mount Vernon Exposed has recently learned that Corrupt Mount Vernon City Court Judge Adam Seiden’s Wife Patricia Patterson has allegedly left him for another woman due to verbal and physical abuse amongst other things.  

Sources close to Seiden told Mount Vernon Exposed that Seiden used to physically assault his wife and use to repeatedly call her a “Bitch” in public and at events where his judicial colleagues were in attendance.  It is clear that Judge Seiden does not respect woman and should seek professional help for his problems.



According to records obtained by Mount Vernon Exposed Judge Seiden’s wife moved out of the house they owned together at 4 Cold Spring Court, in Mount Kisco, due to his excessive violent tirades. Seiden put the house up for sale in May 2011 for $1,199,000 and also for rent at $5,800 per month. Seiden ended up renting out his spacious home for $5,550.  It is alleged that Seiden brought 4,000 sq ft home with "dirty money" he stole and ripped of from his clients.  Judge Seiden was also to real estate professionals as a "loan shark".

Mount Vernon Exposed also obtained pictures of Judge Seiden’s house.  No expense or detailed was spared in this home.  One can imagine that Seiden is living like Scarface and thinks, “ The world is his”.

Over the next few months, Mount Vernon Exposed will thoroughly dig through the life of Judge Adam Seiden.  You will learn about Judge Seiden’s criminal behavior, his alleged solicitation of prostitutes, his violence towards woman, past clients he ripped off, tax evasion, extortion, bribery, theft of services, voter fraud, mortgage fraud, and case fixing.

Adam, as his peers affectionately call him, began his life of crime when he was elected to the school board.  In 1995, Mayor Ernie Davis appointed him to the bench.  Mayor Davis has appointed Seiden time and time again even though Adam called Mayor Davis’ supporters “animals and low life scum bags”.

SCHOOL BOARD TRUSTEE LEN SARVER SEEKS TO ENRICH "BUDDIES" WITH $700 PER DAY CONTRACT

Mount Vernon Exposed has just learned about more corruption involving Mount Vernon School Chief Judith Johnson and her minion, Mount Vernon School Board Trustee Len Sarver. 

Johnson with the assistance of Sarver has craftily found a way to sneak an Architectural firm on the agenda that does business and is affiliated with Sarver.  It is unclear if there is or has ever been any financial arrangement between the architectural firm of Fuller Angelo and Trustee Sarver and school chief Judith Johnson. 

Board members including Trustee Elias Gootzeit, have questioned the need to have an architectural firm that’s costs taxpayers $700 per day.  On top of that, they are being hired to oversee asbestos removal, not a service offered to the general public on their website fullerdangelo.com  Every time this matter comes up for discussion during a board meeting, Trustee Sarver, despite a conflict of interest, always seems to go the extra mile to steer his “buddies” millions of dollars of contracts on the backs of cash strapped taxpayers.

Just recently, Trustee Gootzeit recommended that the school district solicit bids or an RFP for architectural services because Mount Vernon taxpayers can no longer afford the current quid pro quo blanket arrangement currently in place with Fuller D’Angelo.  Trustee Gootzeit was met with fierce opposition from Trustee Sarver.  Sources told Mount Vernon Exposed that Sarver went into a hell bent rage and therefore RFP proposal was killed and Sarver’s “buddies” continued to be the recipient of an open-ended contract with no oversight from board members.  Why does Len Sarver continue to meddle in the buildings and grounds business of the school board when he is no longer the chairman of the building and grounds committee? 

During one board meeting, Mount Vernon Exposed witnessed first hand Sarver’s psychotic behavior.  Sarver disrespected fellow board member Adrienne Saunders who currently chairs the building and grounds committee.  Saunders, who is African American, was at the receiving end of Sarver’s tirade in which he lashed out at her in public saying, “What do you know about buildings”?  Sarver assumed that because Saunders was a woman and also possibly because she was a black woman, that Saunders knew nothing about buildings and grounds and that he would use this as a basis to get his old job back so he continue riding the money train. 

Once again Sarver is wrong.  In addition to being a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Saunders is a successful real estate investor, so it would hard to believe that one would become successful in real estate without a clear understanding of buildings and grounds.  Sarver’s true colors were revealed that evening.  He is a racist and he has no respect for woman, especially woman of color.   

Board members have long questioned the motives and integrity of Len Sarver.  Many wonder when did Trustee Sarver begin to “Break Bad”.   Sarver, who ran on a ticket vowing to reform the school district, has done nothing but try to reform his bank account courtesy of Mount Vernon taxpayers.  Sarver is all alone on the school board as the other 8 members are all in agreement that Trustee Len Sarver and Super indent Judith Johnson must immediately resign if there is any chance to save the schools and repair the tarnished image that has been a black cloud over the Mount Vernon community for the past two decades.

Just last month when a tab up for vote regarding Fuller D’Angelo, Trustee Sarver recused him from the vote without a thorough explanation, just stating that he is “friends” with one of the principles.  Just what does that mean Mr. Sarver?  Are you receiving kickbacks in exchange for pushing through contracts?  Did Fuller D’Angelo steer work to your electrical business?  These questions are more need to be answered.  Mr. Sarver and Judith Johnson must be held accountable for their actions and they must never forget that they work for the taxpayer and not vice versa.

If Federal investigators did a forensic audit of the Mount Vernon School district, not only will they find Sarver’s and Johnson’s hand in the cookie jar, they will discover the ancestors that came before Sarver and Johnson who taught them the tricks of the trade and how to pacify the people while they robbed the city blind.  They will also discover dozens of people with no show jobs living in Florida, Georgia, and various other states that have been on the school district payroll for over 20 years.   Just ten years ago, the school budget was $101 million dollars today the budget of over $200 million dollars.  Where did all the money go?  It certainly wasn't inflation that drove up the school budget.  

If one was to check the School District website you will notice the absence of the school budget.  Timothy Costello, who is alleged to have looted the school district of tens of millions of dollars during his tenure as Budget Administrator for the Mount Vernon City School District, prepares the budget that is voted yearly by Mount Vernon residents.   Costello is still employed as the Budget Administrator.  What is Mr. Costello hiding?  What is his role in the “great heist”? When the school board selected Judith Johnson as the superintendent of Mount Schools, it is obvious that Judith's background was not fully vetted.  Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that during Johnson's interview, she was a slick talking jive turkey and easily pulled the wool over the eyes of board members.

Judith’s background is full of scandal and deception.  For starters Judith Johnson is corrupt as the day is long.   In Peekskill Judith was accused of destroying the schools and being in cohorts with Peekskill Democrats and the black clergy to destroy Peekskill schools.

Judith high tax policies can still be felt to this day and the effects can still be seen throughout the City of Peekskill with the record number of foreclosures and abandoned houses.  Sources have said that Johnson increased the Peekskill school district payroll by over 400% by filling positions with members connected to Peekskill Democrats and black clergy.  Property taxes also increased a whopping 120% during Johnson's tenure.

Johnson has brought her high taxing, nepotism, and cronyism mentality to the City of Mount Vernon schools where she is serving in her second year as Superintendent.

Already raking in over $250K a year of taxpayer funds, more than the Vice President of the United States of America, Judith recently came under fire for taking an additional $10K or $833.00 per month car allowance stipend which is the highest in the region, yet Mount Vernon publics are the worst by far in the region.

The previous superintendent had a car issued and paid for by by the district.  The 2010 fully loaded Dodge Charger is still registered to the City of Mount Vernon school district and is just sitting collecting dust in the garage at Grimes Elementary School.

When Johnson took office, she didn't waste any time trying to make deals with the powers that be in Mount Vernon.   She has aligned herself with political figureheads and black clergy who once were in control of the schools.  School district business is supposed to be non-political and non-partisan.

All of this corruption was made possible with the cooperation of Lenny Sarver, Vice President of the school board.  Sarver would allow the fraud waste and abuse to continue use as long as Judith Johnson and former Superintendent Sawyer continued to funnel millions of dollars worth of construction contractors to vendors of his choosing.

Johnson also brought her magic to the City of Mount Vernon that she used in Peekskill.  Johnson is so talented that she could make failing test scores disappear and become resurrected as passing scores.  Peekskill schools were cited by NYS and the reports are attached for all to see.

Johnson is continuing this same scandalous and nefarious behavior in Mount Vernon that was standard operating procedure in Peekskill.  According to sources, School Board Trustee Brenda Crump who has long been an advocate for Mount Vernon children inquired about Mount Vernon test scores since the summertime and did not receive any forthcoming information from the Johnson administration.

School board Vice President Len Sarver was fully aware of Johnson's actions and aware that board members wanted answers but instead of protecting taxpayers and looking over the students he was entrusted by voters to look after, Sarver chose to turn a blind eye to the corruption because the powers that be were lining his greasy pockets with lucrative construction contracts.

According to sources, Trustee Crump then began her own investigation and called the state and found out that the test scores were delivered to Judith Johnson back in August.  So why is Johnson hiding the test scores?  What is she hiding? Why hasn’t these test scores been made public?

Will Johnson come clean and resign or will she be led away in handcuffs? Only time will tell.

While residents of the City of Mount Vernon continue to do more with less while property taxes are skyrocketing, there is an element in the Mount Vernon School district that wants things to remain the same so that there pockets stay fat while the masses suffer

Last year the school board thought they were moving in the right direction when they appointed Judith Johnson as the superintendent of Mount Vernon schools.  It turns out that the appointment of Judith Johnson was the worse thing for Mount Vernon schools and Mount Vernon taxpayers. 

According to sources, Judith Johnson has made an unholy alliance with several black churches in exchange for community support to get her puppets hired.   In return Johnson will continue to increase the budget and place unqualified cronies in patronage job positions.

In order to enact this bold and brazen scheme, it would require the cooperation of a few henchmen.  These henchmen are Timothy Costello, Business Administrator, and Len “Lenny” Sarver, a failed businessman and also a School Board Trustee. 

The majorities of the school board trustees are good people and have the best interest of the taxpayers at heart, except for one bad apple, Lenny Sarver.  He is an agent against change and tries to line his greasy pockets every opportunity he gets. 

The unscrupulous and criminal behavior of the “3 Musketeers” began this past June when this trio conspired to bring back John Zambelli, a maintenance foreman who retired on June 30^th, 2013. 

On September 16, 2013 at the direction of Lenny Sarver and Judith Johnson, Zambelli illegally returned back to work, except it wasn’t as a maintenance foreman, it was for a fluffed up, high paying $75,000 per year consulting position.  Zambelli is rumored to be the bagman for Lenny Sarver, a Licensed Electrician that desperately wants a piece of the pie.

Sarver is the Chairman of  the Buildings and Grounds committee and is responsible for and has a big part in selecting the contractors that do work for the Mount Vernon City School District.  Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that Lenny takes a cut “off the top” from every contractor that does work in the Mount Vernon School district. 

John Zambelli, a close friend of Sarver’s is a failure that should have never been in the position he was in to begin with.    Under Zambeli’s direction, Mount Vernon schools have deteriorated and the department is in total disarray.  Zambelli has used the employment positions in the Buildings and Grounds department over the years as political payback and it is quite evident that Judith Johnson is following in his footsteps and wants a piece of the pie to ride into the sunset with before her contract ends. 

Sources have also informed Mount Vernon Exposed that the “trio” even attempted to bring back a company called Aramark, a company that looted tens of millions of dollars over the years from Mount Vernon taxpayers.  Aramark provides the food services amongst other things to the Mount Vernon City School district. Johnson, Costello, and Sarver would benefit directly from bringing Aramark back to Mount Vernon Schools. 

But this ambitious get rich scheme by the “trio” has been met with stern resistance from Mount Vernon residents and even former school board trustees. 

Last week during the public school board meeting, former school board trustee Marc Stuckey, came to the meeting equipped with a glass cookie jar when he addressed and called out Trustee Sarver on his blatant acts of fraud, waste, and abuse.

Trustee Stuckey alleged that Sarver’s hand was in the cookie jar and that Sarver was in bed with Zambelli and Johnson allegedly receiving kickbacks, vacations, and other perks from vendors doing business with the Mount Vernon City School district. 

Sarver appeared nervous and turned fire engine red when Stuckey called him out on the allegations of bribery and extortion.  Also attending the meeting were about a dozen or so buildings and grounds employees who were there unified in opposition to Zambelli’s return.  Sources have also told Mount Vernon Exposed that Zambelli used to steal tens of thousands of dollars of equipment and sell them on the black market.  It is also alleged that Zambelli used to order tools and give them to Sarver to use in his electrician business.

ELMO DOES EXIST......JANET DIFIORE COSTS TAXPAYERS OVER $50K WITH BOGUS INVESTIGATION

Mount Vernon Exposed has concluded that the investigation currently under way by rogue investigators from Westchester District Attorney Janet Difiore’s office was bogus in nature and just another example of prosecutorial misconduct.  

The trumped up complaint was brought by two individuals many Mount Vernon residents feel are racist and divisive; John Gallagher and Maria Caraballo.

When the incompetent group of individuals aka Concerned Property Owners had their objections denied by the Board of Elections because they failed to adhere to the procedures set forth in the NYS election law, they then turned to the ultimate racist and political hack, Janet DiFiore.

Janet’s lapdogs have been trying to suppress votes in Mount Vernon by intimidating voters that signed Jones’ nominating petitions.  Disgraced city council candidate Maria Caraballo made accusations that a person named Elmo that signed Jones’ petitions was a fake and that this was an act of fraud.  Maria Caraballo even went so far as to put this statement in writing on her facebook page.  Maria Caraballo is the operator of a facebook page called “Honest Mount Vernon City Council”.  There is just one thing; Maria is not honest.

Mount Vernon Exposed investigated these allegations and reached out to Mr. Jones regarding these allegations of fraud to determine if there was any substance to Janet DiFiore's investigation.  Jones insisted that no wrongdoing was intentionally done and no fraud was committed during the signature gathering process.  When asked about Elmo, Jones replied “Elmo is a real person with a real address”.

Mount Vernon Exposed was provided with the nominating petition with Elmo’s signature on it, his picture, links to his facebook page, and a video of Elmo himself stating that he did in fact sign Jones’ petition.  Based on the evidence provided to Mount Vernon Exposed, Elmo is indeed a real person.

So where do we go from here? Will Janet call off her dogs or will she continue to waste taxpayer funds?  Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that over $50K of taxpayer resources in addition to overtime were used in the investigation of Jones’ petitions.

RACIST CANDIDATES PLAN TO CONTINUE NEGLECTING SOUTH SIDE OF MOUNT VERNON

An incompetent group of racist individuals running candidates for public office have resorted to the racist tactics of the segregated south and have joined forces with another known racist; corrupt Westchester District Attorney Janet DiFiore.

New York State election law affords every person registered to vote the opportunity to challenge nominating petition if they feel that there is something there worth challenging.  Challenging petitions is normal and part of the process; however New York State election law is specific on how to bring about these challenges. 

Concerned Property Owners led by John Gallagher filed challenges against all of their challengers for the upcoming Democratic Primary on September 10, 2013.  Seeing that the petitions filed by the Mount Vernon Democratic City Committee numbered in excess of 3,500 signatures, this cowardly group of racists, felt it would be easier to pick on and knock Damon K. Jones off the ballot. 

Concerned Property Owners’ incompetence then began to show that the candidates they are running are not fit for public office.  They erred in their filing of objections against Damon K. Jones and did not serve Damon and the Board of Elections properly.

These racists then turned to the ultimate racist, Janet DiFiore for help.  John Gallagher and City Council candidate Maria Caraballo then filed a false report with Janet’s office and said that there was a conspiracy within the Westchester County Board of Elections. 

Janet then dispatched a pack of her lapdogs to harass, intimidate, and suppress Mount Vernon voters.  These investigators are Edward Salinas and Investigator Hatch.  Both of these individuals have been caught on tape harassing voters and telling them they are under criminal investigation for carrying petitions. Damon Jones has been an outspoken critic of Janet DiFiore and has time and time again called for her resignation over how she handles blacks gunned down by her rogue white racist police officers. 

Janet DiFiore is using her office as a bully pulpit in an attempt to scare voters from not going to the polls on September 10, 2013.

Maria Caraballo is unfit for public office.  She is a racist that and doesn’t care about the South Side residents in Mount Vernon.  Maria even went as far to say that “dogs” should be brought into the public schools to deal with unruly youth.

Just the other night at the city council debate, when Maria was asked about her plans for develop for the Third Street corridor; Maria responded “I don’t see any issue wrong with Third Street”. 

Maria and her team of racist thugs must be stopped before they enact the racist agenda on the residents of Mount Vernon.  

RACIST GROUP SUPPORTS INCOMPETENT CANDIDATES FOR PUBLIC OFFICE

A rogue group of City Council candidates claiming to be agents of change have been intentionally and willfully been trying to cause mass confusion and trying to disenfranchise City of Mount Vernon voters. These are the same rogue individuals from the North side of Mount Vernon that have taken over the school board with their divisive and racist tactics. 

These individuals must be stopped because they are not working in the best interest of the public.  These individuals are Maria Caraballo, Andre Bailey, Damaris Mone’  and are being led by their puppet master, John Gallagher, a north side resident who many view as a racist with strong ties to the Tea Party. 

These city council candidates are backed and funded by an organization led by Gallagher called Concerned Property Owners, a racist organization that violates NYS election law year after year.

Maria Caraballo is a City of Mount Vernon crossing guard who is incompetent and cannot understand nor comprehend the Mount Vernon City Charter.  She is a loud mouth “Mob Wives” wannabe who has no business running for elected office.  Caraballo is one who cannot make up her mind as she was defeated several years in her failed run for school board in Mount Vernon.  She is seeking a seat as a lawmaker but has failed to read the laws of the City of Mount Vernon pertaining to political activity of members of the Mount Vernon Police Department.  School crossing guards fall under the jurisdiction of the Mount Vernon Police Department and are considered members of the Mount Vernon Police Department.

No officer or member of the Police Department shall be a member of or delegate to any political convention, nor shall he be present at such convention except in the performance of duty relating to his position as such officer or member. He shall not solicit any person to vote at any political primary or election, nor challenge, nor in any manner attempt to influence any voter thereat. He shall not be a member of any political committee. Any officer or member violating any provision of this section shall be dismissed from office.

Either Maria has trouble reading and understanding the English language or just doesn’t know about the Mount Vernon City Charter; however either excuse is unacceptable and a danger to the public welfare. 

A criminal investigation is also under by Federal officials because of illegal campaign activities by Gallagher’s group, Concerned Property Owners; a sham organization seeks to divide city residents by spreading false and divisive propaganda throughout the City.

Concerned Property Owners has not filed the NYS required financial disclosure forms.  The public needs to know that Maria Caraballo and her loony cast of characters are receiving funds from Tea Party, the Aryan Brotherhood, and other various White Supremacist groups.  There are rumors that Concerned Property Owners are seeking to build an all-white high school at the former site of St. Peter’s and Paul School in Fleetwood, recently closed by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese.

Caraballo is also under investigation by the Mount Vernon Board of Ethics following several complaints  into her illegal political activities.

Caraballo has her cast of loony tunes have also been violating city ordinances and placing their large and unattractive campaign signs on public property which is in violation of the Mount Vernon City Charter.  Complaints have been made to the proper authorities and as such, the process has begun in removing these illegally placed campaign sign.  Is Maria Caraballo and her cast of racist loony tunes the type of people we want representing us on the city council?  To be continued.

MOUNT POLICE OFFICER'S GUN STOLEN IN POLICE LOCKER ROOM; COMMISSIONER BURKE FAILS TO ADDRESS "CYCLE OF CORRUPTION IN MVPD"

As City officials continue to try to discredit news media outlets for reporting on newsworthy issues, Mount Vernon Exposed’s popularity continues to soar and has become the primary go to for whistle blowers. 

Last week a rally was held by various city officials to boycott local media.  As a result of the boycott, Mount Vernon Exposed’s is now experiencing in excess of 25,000 hits per week, making Mount Vernon Exposed, the official hometown paper of Mount Vernon.  Mount Vernon Exposed is a source trusted by all to report allegations of corruption.

Today, Mount Vernon Exposed received a tip that a gun was stolen from the locker room of the Mount Vernon Police Department‘s locker room on Friday, March 22, 2013.  The officer that had his gun stolen was John Damiano, a second veteran of the Mount Vernon Police Department.  According to John’s Facebook page, he attended the School of Hard Knocks.   It was his off duty 9mm that was stolen by what it appears to be, another police officer.   Sources told Mount Vernon Exposed that there is a security camera right outside of the locker room, so it should be easy to find the culprit or culprits.

When the tip was received, Mount Vernon Exposed immediately called Mayor Ernie Davis, who did not know about the incident and was very concerned and said he would look into the incident and launch an immediate investigation. 

After a few hours, Mayor Davis called Mount Vernon Exposed back and informed us that the tip about the stolen gun was indeed true.  Mayor Davis then asked “Where is my leak coming from in the Police Department”? 

Mount Vernon Exposed responded by stating that one need not be concerned with a leak but one should be concerned that a gun has been stolen and could possibly be on the street and could possibly be involved in the recent shooting occurring in Mount Vernon.  

According to a source, a cop stole the gun and sold it to gang members in Mount Vernon.  Over the last few weeks there has been a huge uprising in violent and gang related crime in Mount Vernon.  Since Richard Burke took over the command at the MVPD there has been multiple shootings, the latest just yesterday, a few blocks from the MVPD.

Deputy Commissioner Burke said that he wants to break the “cycle of violence” in Mount Vernon but he has failed to implement a plan to address the “cycle of corruption” in the Mount Vernon Police Department. 

Could the gun stolen gun be the same gun used in yesterday’s shooting just blocks away from City Hall and MVPD?  The gun used in yesterday’s crime was a 9mm and the stolen gun was a 9mm.  Is there a connection here?  Mount Vernon officials must not remain silent of this issue as this gun could be involved in serious crimes throughout the City of Mount Vernon.

Mount Vernon Exposed, under the New York State Freedom of Information Law tried to get this manual through the City of Mount Vernon.  We were told that this book is not available to the public even though taxpayer funds are used in the printing and distribution of this book.  However we managed to get our paws on the manual to show City officials and the public that there are some good people in Mount Vernon government that will not stand for the corruption that is blatantly taking place.

We then took up our grievance with Mayor Davis who bluntly told Mount Vernon Exposed that his administration is trying to “protect” those persons who are the subject of the F.O.I.L. requests and that his staff has better things to do than obey the freedom of information law.  Mount Vernon Exposed also informed Mayor Davis that it was against the law not to turn over the requested documents and he said “killing people is against the law too”. 

The City of Mount Vernon continues to operate in darkness and continues to cover up the criminal activity in the Mount Vernon Police Department.  We will keep you posted as we continue to shine a light on the corruption in the Mount Vernon Police Department.  Why are police officers that have cost taxpayers millions of dollars in settlements due to police brutality still employed and drinking from the public till? Why have City officials been silent on this issue?

This September, voters have the opportunity to elect persons to the City Council who are not affiliated with Mount Vernon Democratic Party and affiliated with those who have pilfered the City of Mount Vernon for decades.  Only with new, effective, and progressive leadership will the City of Mount Vernon be able to move forward.

MOUNT VERNON POLICE TO INFORMANT: "FUCK THAT NIGGER"

“FUCK THAT NIGGER” are the words repeatedly used by Mount Vernon Police Officer’s Garcia, Morrison, and Mario Stewart as they beat the daylights out of a fellow officer’s confidential informant.  The police officers were making reference to Sgt. Anthony Mitchell, a highly respected and decorated officer in the Mount Vernon Police Department.  Sgt. Anthony Mitchell is from the City of Mount Vernon.  The other rogue officers auditioning for a role for the KKK are not from the City of Mount Vernon. 

Last week we broke news of the FEDS investigating four officers in Mount Vernon Police Department and their ties to local street gangs in the City of Mount Vernon.  Sources have informed Mount Vernon Exposed that Federal authorities are also investigating the Mount Vernon Police Department as a whole, for systematic police brutality and criminal civil right violations. 

Mount Vernon Exposed has already revealed that Sgt. Marcucuilli, a rogue and corrupt officer that also stands accused of supplying guns to local gang members, leads all Mount Vernon Police officers with civilian complaints and has cost Mount Vernon Taxpayers more than $1M in settlements because of his abuse and blatant pre-meditated civil rights violations.  Sgt. Marcucuilli protégés also are under investigation for their acts of police brutality and criminal civil rights violations.

These officers that call citizens of the Mount Vernon community by racist and derogatory names are police officers’ Garcia, Morrison, and Mario Stuart.  Garcia and Morrison are white and Mario Stuart black.  Some in the Mount Vernon Police Department often refer to Officer Mario Stuart as the “House Negro”.  House Negro is a term used during the civil rights era to refer to those blacks who sold out their fellow slaves to their master for a place to work and sleep inside the house while his fellow slaves worked and slept in the field.  The house Negro ate better food, had better clothes, and had an overall better living environment than their fellow slaves.

During an in depth interview with the “confidential informant”, it was revealed that these three rogue officers routinely beat the informant to the point the informant had to be admitted to the Mount Vernon Hospital Emergency room for his injuries on two separate occasion.  The three rogue officers even tried to get the informant admitted to the hospital as an EDP or emotionally disturbed person because they were trying to cover up their criminal civil rights violations and police brutality.

During the “lynching” of the informant it was revealed to Mount Vernon Exposed that when the informant told the officers during an interaction that he was an informant of a Mount Vernon Police Officer it is alleged that Officer Mario Stewart said “Fuck him, he can’t help you know.  Right now you are our C.I.”  While beating beat almost to the point of unconsciousness, the informant said that he knew Sgt. Mitchell; the officers responded “Fuck that nigger, say his name again”. The informant was being beat in the back of a cop car.  The informant said he mentioned “Mitchell’s name again and had his sweatshirt pulled over his head as the officer’s elbowed and punched him in the back of his head about six or seven times.

The informant who is black tried to reach out to Officer Stewart who is also black because he was sitting in the front passenger seat of the police cruiser while the informant was being beat.    The informant then said he cried out to Stewart saying “You gonna let them do this to me”, Stewart responded “I don’t see nothing”.  The informant told Mount Vernon Exposed that he still fears for his life and safety while these rogue officers are still roaming the streets.

One beating wasn’t enough for these rogue and cowardly officers who hide behind a badge while criminally violating the civil rights of the citizens of Mount Vernon on a daily basis. 

The informant told Mount Vernon Exposed that he was beat on several occasions and sent to the emergency room.  During every encounter with these officers, the informant was called “A Nigger”.  These brazen officers even beat the informant during the Arts of Third festival.

One must question the behavior of these officers and examine and analyze the “culture” in the Mount Vernon Police Department.  Do the superiors of these officers condone the behavior of these officers’? Were these officer’s ever investigated for their criminal civil rights violations? Was their file whitewashed to make it seem as if these events never did occur?

The informant said these officers were determined to get him because of his friendship with a person constantly arrested for by these officers.  These officers are also known to plant drugs and firearms of suspects they want “off the street”. The informant told Mount Vernon Exposed that he was yanked out of his apartment one night, beaten and taken to Mount Vernon Police Headquarters after the officers told him that there was a warrant out for his arrest.  While in police custody at headquarters, two of the officers, without a search warrant, returned to the informant’s apartment and conducted an illegal search.

It turned out that the warrant story was false and the informant was cut loose after Officer Patterson got wind of his informant being tortured.  The officers then returned to the room and told the informant that was being cut loose and no charges were going to be filed and they also told him to “forget what happened”.

Police brutality is a systematic problem in the M.V.P.D.  About 10 malcontent officers are responsible for the ever spreading criminal element in the M.V.P.D.  The top brass and City officials have allowed this racist and abusive behavior to continue for decades and view these officers as vigilantes and the “true crime fighters” of the M.V.P.D.  One can now see that the culture of police corruption is here stay in the City of Mount Vernon.
