We would like to welcome our readers back to our fifth issue in our series about Alan, our most successful and most read series to date.  Over the past few days Mount Vernon Exposed has been inundated with calls about the corruption in the courts and in the Westchester County District Attorney’s office.  Our readers have expressed concerns that they no longer have faith and trust in a judicial system that is racist, unjust, and corrupt. 

This past week we have brought you exclusive breaking news that you will see only on Mount Vernon Exposed.  We have exposed the conflicts of interests that lie within Westchester County and the 9^th judicial led by Alan. We have also exposed the fixing of Grand Jury proceedings to give Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore the outcome she is seeking in cases of her gang of rogue police officers gunning down unarmed black men.  It was revealed by court personnel that Janet DiFiore, Susan Newman-Loehr, and Alan Scheinkman met at an undisclosed location to discuss pooling jurors from wealthy white affluent areas for the Chamberlain Grand Jury proceedings.

Mr. Chamberlain was gunned down by racist White Plains police officers in his own home.  It was discovered that one of the police officers said “OPEN THE DOOR NIGGER WE HAVE TO TALK”.   Many throughout the community were outraged but not surprised that Janet’s office was not able to get an indictment.  As the saying goes ” You can indict a ham sandwich”.  This saying means that based on the evidence that is presented to the Grand Jury you can get the outcome that you are seeking.  It is clear that Janet withheld evidence that would have resulted in an indictment.  A combination of the panel of racist white Grand Jurors from affluent areas in Westchester County and the withholding of key evidence resulted in the police officers not getting indicted.  Janet, Alan, and Susan Newman-Loehr gave the green light to White Plains Police Commissioner David Chong to “SHOOT DOWN MORE NIGGERS”.  

In order to understand the corruption that is permeating the 9^th Judicial District, one must try to understand the mindset and look into the extracurricular activities of the elected officials committing the crimes.  

Elected officials and those in power tend to play by two different set of rules.  They begin to think that they are the law and that they are above the law.  For example, employees in the private sector must take drug tests before they are hired and some companies even do random drug testing to ensure compliance with the drug free workplace policy.  However elected officials and those that drink from the public till do not have to submit to drug testing.  They are free to engage in a lifestyle of Sex, Drugs, and Rock and Roll. 

Mount Vernon Exposed polled 100 people about the thoughts that a Judge could be addicted to narcotics.  All 100 people polled said no and that they wouldn’t believe a Judge would engage in that type of activity.  We then asked the same 100 people if they ever heard of Richard Baumgartner, they all said no.

Richard Baumgartner was addicted to painkillers that were prescribed to him for treatment of his chronic alcohol abuse.  When doctors no longer would write prescriptions for his habit, Richard Baumgartner turned to the people he put in jail to supply him the drugs.  Richard Baumgartner frequently had sex in his chambers with his supplier while court was in session on recess break.  

As a result of Richard Baumgartner’s conviction many of his cases have been set for new trials and some of the people he put in jail are now free.

Mount Vernon Exposed previously reported that Alan is not mentally fit to be a judge.  According to sources, Alan had a mental breakdown while he was the Westchester County Attorney.  It was also reported to Mount Vernon Exposed by an anonymous source that Alan was prescribed medication for his mental illness.  It is now alleged that Alan is addicted to these painkillers and obtains them in the same fraudulent manner as Richard Baumgartner.  

Every year, Alan and his wife Faith Miller host a lavish party at their home at 10 Puritan Road in Rye that is attended by several elected officials, and many of Alan’s co-workers who are also sitting Judges.  According to a source, Mount Vernon Exposed was told that this is nothing more than a sex filled boozing and drug orgy.  Alan also put his hand up his wife Faith Millers crotch in public in the presence of sitting Supreme Court judges.

After Alan’s mental breakdown, it is alleged that he became addicted to illegal narcotics, specifically cocaine.  According to the source, Alan, Faith Miller, sitting Supreme Court and County Court Judges, and others allegedly regularly sniff cocaine as a recreational sport.  It has even been reported that Alan uses drugs in chambers inbetween his calendar call. 

Prior to their marriage, sources confirmed to Mount Vernon Exposed that Alan and Faith Miller would engage in sexual activity in his chambers. Faith Miller would then go appear in front of other Judges in the same building. 

Alan’s behavior is not that of a sane, drug free person.  A sane person would not put their hand up their spouse’s crotch in public in front of other sitting judges.  

Currently in New York State, elected and appointed officials, including judges, do not have to submit to drug tests nor is being drug free a requirement for holding public office.  Public officials that handle billions and billions of taxpayer funds can be high as a kite while they are making laws or passing budgets that affect the lives of millions of New Yorkers.

GORDON BURROWS

Alan seems to embrace the criminal element; after all he is a criminal himself.  Just last month at the State of the County address, Alan was seen embracing and sitting next to Gordon Burrows, the disgraced Westchester County Legislator that was arrested with Timothy Cacace, brother of Westchester County Court Judge Susan Cacace, for snorting cocaine in an upstate Mobil gas station parking lot.  

It was alleged that Alan was able to get Burrows a deal by reaching out to the judge handling the case.  As a result of Alan’s interference, Burrows was able to avoid jail time by pleading guilty to a single count of disorderly conduct.  

Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that Alan had a lot to lose if Gordon went to jail.  It has been told to Mount Vernon Exposed that Alan and Burrows and other sitting judges, who we will reveal at a later date, all use the same cocaine supplier.  We must now ask the question; is Alan high on drugs when he renders decisions in the 9^th Judicial District?

Mount Vernon Exposed has learned that a civil rights group is preparing to go to Federal Court to compel Alan to submit to a mental fitness test and also to a drug test.

We would like to welcome our readers back to our fourth issue about Alan.  In previous issues about Alan, we spoke about his conflicts of interest in regards to his wife and former business partner and colleague, Faith Miller practicing in front of Judges that are personal friends of Alan.  These are the same judges that come over to Alan’s house for hot dogs, hamburgers, and pork and beans.  These are also the same judges that frequently provide Alan with free trips to exotic islands in exchange for favorable case loads and court assignments.  

It was also revealed that Alan was in the presence of sitting judges while putting his hand up his wife’s crotch at an event.  Alan also put into place a system that would allow him to stay on the golf course and cruise the waters in his sailboat while his gang heard his caseload.  Alan has destroyed the integrity of the entire judicial system in the State of New York.  Alan is the reason that the Officer Carelli from the White Plains department did not get indicted for gunning down an unarmed black man while his partner said “OPEN THE DOOR, WE HAVE TO TALK NIGGER”.  Alan fully supports this type of aggression against the black community.  

For those of you that are just tuning in, we are referring to the UNHONORABLE Judge Alan D. Scheinkman, Administrative Judge of the 9^th Judicial District.  Mount Vernon Exposed would like to announce that we fully support the Chamberlain family and we will work tirelessly in the pursuit of justice until the officers that think that we are still in the segregated south are indicted and convicted of murder and civil rights violations.  

CORRUPT D.A JANET DIFIORE

The African American community should not be surprised that the officer that murdered Mr. Chamberlain did not get indicted.  It is through the manipulation of the African American community by their “Uncle Tom” Negro leaders that these conditions are allowed to exist in the first place.  It was the Black Clergy that endorsed Janet DiFiore for Westchester County District.  These black pastors would then let Janet DiFiore who has a failed record of never prosecuting any officer when it comes to murdering or beating down a person of color, come into their church on Sunday morning and let Janet into the pulpit to speak to the thousands of people in attendance.  Janet would then give a speech about how much she has done in the community, programs she has instituted to combat domestic violence, and why you should allow her four more years to protect you because crime will go way up if she is not elected.

The blacks in attendance will then get duped into voting for a corrupt district attorney because the “Uncle Tom” pastor would validate Janet DiFiore.  The blacks would then think that Janet DiFiore is down for their cause because Janet came to their church and sat with their pastor, another black person.  However this in not the case.  In Janet’s mind she is thinking “give me four more years so my gang of officers can shoot down more niggers.”

The community should not be outraged that a White Plains Police officer called a black person a nigger.  Alan, Janet and White Plains Police Commissioner David Chong view black people as niggers.  If you do see them in public with black people stay as far away you can from those black people as they are the ones that sold you out in the first place.  Those are the “Uncle Toms” we are referring to from this point on. 

It is not the intention of Mount Vernon Exposed to divide the community.  We are not taking the position that all Caucasians are racist and we are not taking the position that all African Americans are racist.  However we are taking the position that justice should be color blind and free from the appearance of impropriety.  Justice is racist in Westchester County. Alan Scheinkman and Janet DiFiore are two racists individuals who share the same way of thinking.

With the assistance of Alan and Susan Newman Loehr, Commissioner of Jurors, Janet DiFiore got her a panel of jurors that would not indict the officers.  According to a source with knowledge of the Grand Jury proceedings, Janet, Alan and Susan Newman had a meeting to discuss where a jury pool would come from only after the news of the execution of Mr. Chamberlain made national headlines.  Mount Vernon Exposed was told that the jurors that heard the testimony were all from areas such as Bronxville, Pelham Manor, Harrison, Pleasantville, Rye, and Larchmont, all areas that are known for their aggressive racial profiling tactics against the Hispanic and African American community.  

Janet has pulled these tricks over and over again.  We saw this same movie with Officer Ridley and D.J. Henry.  Again Janet was assisted by Susan Newman Loehr and Alan Scheinkman in selecting jury pools from these areas.  Not until Alan Scheinkman and Susan Newman Loehr are removed from power will the African American community begin to receive equal protection under the law.  Whenever a black person is gunned down by a rogue police officer, they will continue to pool jurors from these same racist areas.  Janet and Alan know very well that pooling a jury from White Plains, Greenburgh, Yonkers, Peekskill, Mount Vernon, and New Rochelle would have brought an indictment against Officer Carelli.  

Shouldn’t a jury have been pooled from White Plains, the City where the officers work and get paid by the White Plains taxpayers? After all, all those accused of a crime deserve to be tried by a jury of their peers unless the peers of those involved in the execution of Mr. Chamberlain come from the above mentioned areas.   We challenge Janet DiFiore to prove Mount Vernon Exposed wrong by releasing the names of the jurors that heard the testimony.  We can almost be certain that is was stacked with racist rednecks and “uncle toms”.  

Susan Newman Loehr, wife of County Court Judge Gerald Loehr who is seeking election this year to the Supreme Court, is the Commissioner of Jurors for Westchester County.  She is responsible for pooling jurors on County Criminal and Supreme Court Civil Cases.  That is a lot of power for one person to have.  Alan, on a motion seconded by County Court Judge Barbara Zambelli, appointed Susan Newman Loehr as the Commissioner of Jurors.  Alan didn’t disclose publicly that he had a conflict of interest or even should have abstained himself from the matter because he took frequent trips to Anguilla with Judge Loehr and Judge Sam Walker.  Susan Newman Loehr is currently suing her employer, The New York State Unified Court System, because she wanted a $30,000 raise and wanted to be paid for two positions at the same time.  

The African American community must remove all trust, hope, and faith that they will ever receive justice in Westchester County while Alan is the Administrative Judge and Janet DiFiore is the District Attorney.  The justice system in Westchester County is nothing more than a patronage mill where people are shuffled illegally from position to position and the best felacio can get you a job as a judge’s secretary or Executive Director of the 9^th Judicial District.  

The African American community must be even more foolish or suffer from the same mental illness as Alan if they think that their black pastor or “Uncle Tom” Negros leader will do something for them or stand with them in solidarity during a time of crisis.  Not one African American elected official expressed any outrage or came out publicly about the White Plains Police officer calling Mr. Chamberlain a “NIGGER”.  These “Uncle Tom” Negro leaders view their fellow African Americans as “Niggers” too. The “Uncle Tom” Negro leaders think that they are better than their fellow African American and feel that they have made it in life because they drive a fancy Mercedes or BMW convertible and they own a home. Unbeknownst to these “Uncle Tom” Negro leaders these same people that they think they are like and are part of “The Clique” will turn on them when everything hits the fan and will repossess their car and foreclose on their home when the going gets tough. 

The African American community must immediately cease putting trust in these “Uncle Tom” Negro leaders and start exploring different options and maybe put trust in people or organizations that may not look like them.  Trusting in those that look like them has gotten the African American community nowhere.  Job losses, high crime, poor health and failing schools are the results of the African American putting trust in the “Uncle Tom” Negro leaders who go shopping with Janet and smoke cigars and eat pork and beans with Alan.  Albert Einstein once said insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.  

However there does appear to be light at the end of the tunnel and there is hope for cleaning up the corruption in the 9^th Judicial District.  Mount Vernon Exposed has learned that Chief Administrative Judge Hon. A. Gail Prudenti is aware of the corruption in the 9^th Judicial and has made it a priority to clean it up.  We have sent correspondence regarding our investigation.  We will keep you posted on the response from Judge Prudenti’s office.

We would like to welcome our readers back to our third issue about Alan who has already become the top search item on Mount Vernon Exposed amassing a record 10,670 hits just this week alone.  Please keep the tips coming in.  At this point you should be very familiar with the sick and twisted mind of Alan Scheinkman, a certified racist, fraud, womanizer, and cheater.  It was recently reported that Alan put his hand up the crotch of his wife Faith Miller in public while in the presence of other sitting Supreme Court and County Judges.

It is becoming quite clear during our investigation that Alan does indeed have a mental problem and is a certified lunatic.  Alan is a failure and his erratic thinking has cost and still is costing New York State taxpayers millions of dollars per year.  

So far we have exposed the circle of corruption permeating the 9^th judicial district.  Alan is the head of the criminal enterprise operating in the 9^th judicial system.  He is assisted by Nancy Mangold, James Garfein, Jennifer Jaffe, J Marshall Mangold, Susan Newman Loehr, several Supreme Court judges and others.  We will expose each and every person that is part of this criminal enterprise over the next few weeks.  

Today we bring you another creepy character that is the glue that keeps the money machine cranking throughout Westchester County.  This shady figure is Susan Newman Loehr, wife of Westchester County Court Judge Gerald Loehr. Judge Loehr is also looking to advance in Alan crime family by seeking a New York State Supreme Court Judgeship. We will make sure that Judge Loehr’s mission ends before it even begins.

  It was previously reported that Alan took plenty of free trips to Anguilla with Supreme Court Judge Sam Walker, County Court Judge Gerald Loehr, and other sitting judges while discussing open cases.  It was also alleged that Alan and other Judges patronized prostitutes while on these excursions.  

Susan Newman Loehr is currently the Commissioner of Jurors and is handsomely compensated by taxpayers at an annual rate of $120,626.  Susan is responsible for getting jurors (including cases involving her husband) for the thousands of cases heard in Westchester County each year. 

Alan had a plan to rape the taxpayers of millions of dollars.  As the saying goes “If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail”.  Alan had no intentions of failing.  Alan was very instrumental in getting Susan appointed as the Commissioner of Jurors.  Susan’s appointment was political payback for favors owed to Susan’s husband, Judge Gerald Loehr.  Judge Loehr is Scheinkman’s hit man.  If Scheinkman wants to screw someone or wants to interrupt someone’s life with a biased ruling, he arranges to have the cases put in front of Gerald Loehr, another certified racist and a fraud.   We will report on Judge Loehr’s cases of impropriety in the next few days.  

While they were island hopping Alan would come up with the idea to appoint Susan as the Commissioner of Jurors.  The Commissioner of Jurors is appointed by the Jury Board that consists Alan, Judge Barbara Zambelli, and County Executive Robert Astorino.  Mount Vernon Exposed has obtained copies of the transcripts from the meeting appointing Susan as Commissioner of Jurors.  The testimony given by Alan is disturbing and reeks of corruption.  

Alan stated that during this meeting that there were over 70 applicants that applied for the position that was becoming vacant because the previous commissioner was retiring.  Alan also said that out of the 70 applicants that only one stood out and that was Susan Loehr. 

 Alan thought by putting Susan is charge of Jurors that would further his criminal enterprise.  Susan would pool jurors that would be favorable to Alan and others.  Alan is listed as presiding Judge of the Commercial Division, the division that hears commercial claims greater than $100,000.  

Susan’s high handed behavior didn’t end with her appointment as the Commissioner of Jurors. Before she was appointed the Commissioner of Jurors, Susan held the position of Principal Administrative Assistant for the 9^th Judicial District.  Susan currently holds two positions and wants to get paid for them as well.  The Chief Administrative Judge of New York State disagrees and stripped Susan of receiving two paychecks.

Mount Vernon Exposed has obtained a copy of the lawsuit and it is attached to this story.  The contents are disturbing.  Susan wrote in court papers “At Judge Scheinkman’s request, I continue to perform the Human Resource functions of Principal Administrative Assistant for the 9^th Judicial District.”  How does Susan sue the employer that pays her salary?  Susan too appears to be an individual that suffers from some sort of mental disorder, and taxpayers are the ones that will suffer from that mental disorder.  

Alan’s criminal enterprise is deeply rooted and is larger than La Costra Nostra.  Alan has no honor.  In fact he fully supports Susan is her lawsuit against the New York State Unified Court System.  Susan also wrote in court papers “Indeed, the current District Administrative Judge expressed on the public record, at the meeting of the Westchester County Jury Board at which I was appointed Commissioner, that my service to the UCS has been exemplary. The minutes of that meeting are attached hereto as Exhibit B”.

Susan is a key figure in keeping the money flowing throughout Westchester County. She pools jurors from areas and neighborhoods that she thinks would return verdicts favorable to her fellow members of the Alan criminal syndicate.

We would like to welcome our readers back to part 2 of our series on Alan.  Alan has no respect for taxpayers.  Alan could care less if you were able to put food on your table or if you had a roof over your head.  Alan doesn’t understand because Alan is not like us, the 99%.  Alan is part of an elitist group of folks whose only mission is to further the corruption, fraud, and abuse in the New York State Unified Court System. 

As reported earlier, Alan was and still is a very lazy man.  Lazy people who are in power are afforded the luxury of using our tax dollars to finance their lavish lifestyles.  The Alan being referred to is Alan Scheinkman, Administrative Judge for the 9^th judicial district, long said to be the most corrupt judicial district in the State of New York. 

While families were starving and getting kicked out of their homes via foreclosure (cases that pass through Scheinkman’s court), Alan went on a multi-million dollar taxpayer funded shopping spree.  Alan decided to hire all of his friends and build a system that would allow him to spend more time on the golf course and on his sailboat.

Alan hired Nancy Mangold who is currently making $144,574 per year and her title as listed on the New York State Unified Court Website is “District Executive”.  Just what exactly is a “District Executive”?   

According to SeeThroughNY, Mangold’s job is listed as “Ast Dep Chf Admn” This does not look anything like the title given to her by Alan.  Alan changed Mangold’s job description because the position as listed on SeeThroughNY, is a civil service position. What does that exactly mean? According to NYS Civil Service law, Nancy Mangold’s should have taken a competitive examination that was advertised to the public. 

Mount Vernon Exposed was told by a source that Hon. A. Gail Prudenti’s office is directly handling matters pertaining to an investigation in the 9^th Judicial District. Hon. A. Gail Prudenti is the Chief Administrative Judge for New York State and is responsible for running the New York State Unified Court System. 

The issue of Alan’s mental fitness again comes into play.  It was earlier reported that Alan had a mental breakdown while he was Westchester County Attorney.  Is Alan mentally fit to be on the bench?  We must not take lightly that Alan may have a mental illness.  The thoughts that go on in Alan’s head affects well over a million people in the counties of Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, and Orange counties.  Would a truly sane person behave as Alan has publicly displayed? In our previous issue we broke the exclusive news that Alan put his hand up his wife Faith Miller’s crotch in pubic while in the presence of other sitting Supreme Court and County Court Judges. 

While unconfirmed until Freedom of Information Requests are fulfilled, it has been said that Nancy Mangold went from a grade 12 to a grade 29 overnight and received a raise of tens of thousands of dollars as part of this multi-million taxpayer funded shopping spree.  Nancy Mangold hired her son who also went up the ranks pretty quickly.  J Marshall Mangold in 2008,  was a Sr Court Office Keyboard making $33,079.  Today,  J Marshall Mangold is a court attorney making $64, 834.  It would not be complete without Jennifer Jaffe, Nancy Mangold’s daughter in-law who is Alan’s principal secretary.  Does this reek of corruption and nepotism?

By keeping a close knit family, the corruption is able to continue.  Alan is not really running the courts because he is never there.  Jennifer Jaffe covers for Alan by deflecting calls of extreme importance to her mother in law who then deals with the situation.  All legal work is done by James Garfein, Alan’s top tiger in the office.  It was told to Mount Vernon Exposed that a majority of the judges in the 9^th Judicial District are not happy because they are forced to deal with Nancy Mangold who is in her position illegally because a test was never called for. Nancy Mangold was only legally allowed to serve in her position for 9 months without taking a test.  It was reported that several court employees in Alan’s building are not happy with Nancy Mangold who is often referred to as the “Black Widow”. 

Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that Jennifer S Jaffe and Nancy Mangold’s son are married.  Is this a conflict of interest? Jennifer S. Jaffe makes $59, 183 per year.   Nancy Mangold also has quite an ambitious agenda.  Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that Nancy Mangold wants her son to become a Judge and take Alan’s position as Administrative Judge for the 9^th Judicial District.

This year we will be taking a slightly different direction that we hope you will find educational, captivating, and exciting.   This year our main focus will be the judicial system, specifically, the 9^th Judicial District, that has earned the reputation of being the most corrupt Judicial District in the country.  We hope our whistleblower series will lead to citizens making better, informed choices in the voting booth.

The judicial branch of government, especially the electoral process, is the branch of government that is ignored by much of the population.  Voters blindly elect judges that miraculously appear on the ballot through backroom deals.  The people are then manipulated into thinking that these judges subscribe to a Democratic or Republican set of values, when in fact the corruption that permeates the 9^th judicial system crosses party lines. 

The New York State Unified Court system is divided into 13 judicial districts, with Westchester County falling in the 9^th Judicial District.  The Administrative Judge of the 9^th Judicial District is Alan D. Scheinkman an individual that is a known racist, corrupt, and is probably the most unscrupulous individual to ever hold judicial office in the State of New York.  The Hon. was intentionally left off in front of Alan Scheinkman’s name because he has no honor.  We will only use the term HON. when we feel it is appropriate and only reserved for those individuals that are truly Honorable Justices. 

Today, we begin the biography of Alan D. Who is Alan D. Scheinkman?

Alan is an unscrupulous individual that craves money and power and has probably broken every ethics law on the books today.  Our investigation has uncovered that Alan was involved in criminal cover ups, assisted by Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore, is routinely involved in fixing cases, blatantly discriminates against Judges of color, frequently travels to the Caribbean with other Judges while discussing open cases, and cheated on his wife while he was married.   

Alan was elected to the New York Supreme Court in 2006.  Prior to that Alan was the Westchester County Attorney, where sources close to Alan told Mount Vernon Exposed HD, that Alan had a mental breakdown while he was County Attorney.  A chemical imbalance in the brain of Alan could be the driving force behind the corruption in the 9^th Judicial District.  Alan was also employed by the firm, DelBello, Donnellan, Weingarten, Tartaglia, Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP, a politically connected law firm that has long been dubbed the powerhouse of Westchester County.  

While at the law firm of DelBello, Donnellan, Weingarten, Tartaglia, Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP, Alan met Faith G. Miller, an attorney with whom Alan had a five year affair with while he was married.  According to sources close to Alan, it is alleged that Faith G. Miller and Alan would routinely stay late in the office long after other attorneys have gone for the day.  It would be then that Alan and Faith would allegedly engage in sexual activity on desks in the office.  It is alleged that cleaning personnel would routinely find semen and woman’s undergarments while cleaning the office. According to sources, Alan was let go from the firm because he was playing politics and wasn't focusing on his clients.

Alan's political aspirations paid off, as he know who rub shoulders with to put him in a position of power.  Now Alan is using taxpayer money to make good on his election promises that me made when he told his key people he would stack them throughout the 9th Judicial District. 

According to the website of DelBello, Donnellan, Weingarten, Tartaglia, Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP, Faith G. Miller is listed as an attorney specializing in Matrimony.  While this alleged affair occurred, Faith Miller was married to Larry Frankel, a multi-millionaire artist and photographer.   They resided at 10 Puritan Road, Rye, NY. 

Through the years, Faith Miller and Alan got very close.  Alan eventually left his wife, and Faith eventually divorced her husband.  Alan and Faith were recently married and now live together at 10 Puritan Road, a house valued at over $4 Million dollars.   Alan appears to be quite the playboy.  It is disturbing that a sitting judge would engage in adultery a forbidden practice according to biblical law.  Alan boasts and brags constantly about his Jewish heritage.    

Judge Alan Scheinkman is a Fraud

It was told to Mount Vernon Exposed, the Alan and Faith Miller had a destination wedding and that the only person on color in attendance was Westchester County Democratic Chairman Reginald Lafayette and Judge Sam Walker.  It was reported that Justice Walker and Alan have travelled to Anguillah together.  Judge Walker’s wife is head of the tourism board for Anguillah.  We could not find out at press time if Alan paid for any of these trips or if he went free.  Alan has a history of being a leech and a parasite.  Several other judges who we will not name at this time were also present and the scene was described as worse that the scandal in Columbia involving members of President Obama’s security detail. 

When asked if the judges patronized prostitutes during the trip, we were told by a Judge familiar with the incident, “Those weren’t their wives they were with and I will leave it at that.”

Alan, mesmerized by having a younger blonde by his side, allegedly paid for Faith Miller to get breast implants.  Sources also said that recently at an event, Alan was seen with his hand up the crotch of Faith Miller. Yes, all of this was done in public.  Not caring about the appearance of impropriety, Alan hired the daughter of Faith Miller to a cushy high paying job in the same office where he is the boss.  Sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed HD that the daughter of Faith Miller was let go by the Office of Court Administration after top officials learned about our corruption investigation.  It has also been reported that Alan also has a son and nephew of the payroll courtesy of Westchester County taxpayers. 

Mount Vernon Exposed HD has recently learned that a barrage of complaints was filed against Alan by members of the public and by other Judges for his unethical conduct.  Judges in the courthouse have long complained that it is a conflict of interest for Faith Miller to appear in any capacity in front of the Judges in the courthouse when her husband is there boss. 

It was reported to Mount Vernon Exposed HD, that Scheinkman was seeking to become the top judge in another judicial district because he wanted to continue his corruption.  An ambitious man, Alan had and still has dreams of becoming a Federal judge or the Presiding Judge of the 2^nd Department Appellate Division.  It is again unclear that the future employers of Alan know about his mental breakdown or even if he is mentally fit to sit as a judge.  A complaint was recently filed with the Commission on Judicial Conduct because according to sources, Alan never disclosed his mental illness to the public or on employment documents.  It is clear that Alan appears to be mentally ill as a sane person does not exhibit such strange behavior. 

Judges in the 9^th Judicial District are very afraid of Alan who is rumored to be a very vindictive and evil man.  “We are scared of Judge Scheinkman.  We know what we are doing is wrong in regards to Faith Miller.  It’s either we play ball or risk being moved to Orange or Dutchess County. “

As the Administrative Judge, Alan has the power to move justices as he sees fit throughout the 9^th Judicial District.  The 9^th Judicial District is made up of 5 counties, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Dutchess, and Orange.  Just because a Judge is elected in Westchester does not necessarily mean you will sit on the bench in Westchester.    One may ask themself, how does Alan benefit by Faith Miller receiving a favorable decision from one of Alan’s subordinates?

According to sources, justices that have cases involving Faith Miller already went to and received their certification from the ALAN SCHOOL OF TRAINING FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF CORRUPTION IN THE 9^TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT.  These justices have already been instructed that they are to prolong the cases for as long as humanly possible, therefore increasing Faith Miller’s billable hours to her client.   Income for Faith Miller is income for Alan Scheinkman. 

Alan corrupt acts may be directly attributed to his need to live a lifestyle of the rich and famous.  Alan constantly talks about his expensive sailboat and his frequent trips to exotic islands.  Just when does Alan find the time to run the courts if he is never there? JANET DIFIORE AND JUDGE ADAM SEIDEN ORDER THE ARREST OF PUBLISHER SAMUEL L. RIVERS

On Monday March 12, 2012, Mount Vernon Exposed released evidence that Judge Adam Seiden had illegally obtained a parking placard from the Mount Vernon Police Department and was involved in a ticket fixing scandal.  Evidence also was released that Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore and members of her office were also involved in a cover up that deprived community activist Samuel L. Rivers of his Civil and Human rights.   Since the story broke, employees at the Mount Vernon Court House have been busy scrambling to cover up the corruption on the part of Janet DiFiore, Judge Seiden, and his first knight Larry Darden. 

Yesterday, while on official assignment as a member of the press investigating a lead for an upcoming article, Westchester County ADA’s Stephen Ronco and John Thomas retaliated against Mount Vernon Exposed Publisher Samuel L. Rivers for releasing the story to the public on March 13, 2012 and for filing grievance’s with the 2nd Department against them.  Both ADA’s aka Janet DiFiore’s lapdogs, face disbarment.   Samuel L. Rivers was FALSLY ARRESTED BY the Mount Vernon Police via an arrest warrant SIGNED BY JUDGE ADAM SEIDEN, on a fabricated report my by Antonetta Perone, daughter of corrupt and disgraced former  DPW Supervisor,  Frank Perone.  Sources have alleged that Perone was forced into retirement by City officials because he constantly took bribes on the side for using City workers to do work for private clients. 

We have obtained the police report used by Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore to file false charges with the Mount Vernon City Court.  Janet and her lapdogs then furthered their criminal activity by then going to Judge Adam Seiden’s office (JUDGE SEIDEN DID NOT HEAR ANY CASES THE DAY OF THE ARREST) to get an arrest warrant signed to bring in Samuel L. Rivers on a charge of HARRASSMENT IN THE 2^ND DEGREE W/ PHYSICAL CONTACT.

According to the complaining witness Antonetta Perone who resides at 319 Locust Street, Mount Vernon, NY 10552, hand written witness deposition obtained by Mount Vernon Exposed, “Sam Rivers approached window # 3, I told him I can only help him with his business and he proceeded to tape record at the window and take pictures which is not permitted.  He then said I don’t need to take your picture because I will follow you home because I know all about you.  I would like to press charges, I fear for my safety.  I am aware he has a gun.  I want an order of protection.”

Sounds like a convincing story doesn’t it?  If indeed those words did come out of Samuel L. Rivers mouth in the order and fashion as described by Antonetta Perone in her witness deposition, then Mr. Rivers should be sent to jail for a very long time.  However, that isn’t the case at all.  In the tape recorded conversation obtained by Mount Vernon Exposed, we struggled to find anywhere in the conversation to find those exact words as written and sworn to under penalty of perjury by Antonetta Perone.  Perhaps one of Janet DiFiore’s tech savvy lapdogs can find a way to manipulate the conversation to favor their false and malicious prosecution of Mount Vernon Exposed Publisher Samuel L. Rivers.  That is why we decided to release the tape way ahead of the next court appearance. 

CORRUPT CITY COURT JUDGE ADAM SEIDEN

The version we listened to told a different story.  On tape, it appears that we hear Mr. Rivers attempt to locate Mr. Larry Darden and was unsuccessful.  We then hear Mr. Rivers leave a business card with an employee that works in Mr. Darden’s office.  We then hear Mr. Rivers ask for Ms. Albano, Director of Parking Bureau for the City of Mount Vernon.  We hear a pause and it appears that Mr. Rivers moves to another window to get serviced.  You then hear silence and a voice that is identified as Antonetta Perone say “SAM GO AWAY!”  Sounds like a bizarre and deranged way to greet a member of the press let alone a member of the public that was born and raised in the city of Mount.  Where did this young lady learn her table manners? It was clear that Antonetta had a bone to pick with Mr. Rivers because at one point in the conversation you can hear her threaten Mr. Rivers with arrest by saying “I’ll have you….then she caught herself.  It appears that power, greed, and the lust of the fast life have gotten to Ms. Perone’s head.  You must listen to the tape in its entirety.  As Antonetta is the only witness to this crime the trial should rather short unless the defense calls a lot of witnesses to the stand.   It is strange that in a building where at the time there were no less than 25 people present and in full sight to witness what was going on, Antonetta Perone is the only witness to this imaginary crime?  Hmmmmmm. 

The prosecution’s case is also built on the exceptional police work of Det. Quinoy, another STAR witness for the prosecution.   Should the public be concerned about an improper relationship between Antonetta Perone and Detective Quinoy?

DISGRACED CITY OF MOUNT VERNON WORKER ANTONETTA PERONE

It was also noted on the accusatory filed with the court that the source and basis for the filing of charges were due to a police investigation and that Detective Quinoy was the detective that was the complainant for the Westchester District Attorney.  Detective Quinoy was the Detective brought up on Federal criminal civil rights charges where he was charged with punching and kicking a man in handcuffs who confronted the married detective about rumors he was having an affair with his 22-year-old daughter. Quinoy took the stand during the trial and admitted he arrested Gomez’s wife, Awilda, a few hours after the incident with Gomez because she planned to file a complaint against him.  We certainly look forward to hearing Detective Quinoy’s testimony under oath and his investigative tactics.  We would love to hear his tactics on how he interviews witnesses and gathers evidence. 

The real motive behind the story is simple.  Janet DiFiore and Judge Seiden are upset with the information that was released pertaining to corruption on their part.  They are upset, bitter, and are using unconventional methods to bring Mr. Rivers up on criminal charges.  “If they don’t like what I report, and then clean up your act and you can put me out of business.  Just as with any business this is about supply and demand.  The public is demanding answers to the unsolved homicides and police cover ups assisted by Janet DiFiore.  And there is definitely no short supply of corruption to report.”

This lynching of Mr. Rivers by Janet DiFiore and Judge Adam Seiden was also a nefarious plot to ban Mr. Rivers from the courthouse so he could not investigate the allegations of ticket fixing and court case fixing by Larry Darden and Judge Seiden among others.  They only way this enormous task could be accomplished was to get someone in their criminal element to file a false police report and then they would take it from there.  The co-conspirators did not want Rivers in the courtrooms in The City of Mount Vernon.  An ORDER OF PROTECTION is currently in place banning Mr. Rivers from exercising his FIRST AMENDENT protected activities as a member of the press.  Would Janet DiFiore lock up a reporter from News 12 or The Journal News under similar circumstances?  Does Antonetta Perone feel that threatened of Mr. Rivers that she needs an order of protection even though she is behind 8 inch bulletproof glass and there are about a dozen gun toting Court Officers around?   

We sincerely hope Janet DiFiore can look deep, deep into her soul and save the taxpayers of Mount Vernon, Westchester County, and New York State some money by immediately dropping these charges and then file perjury charges against Antonetta Perone and force her to personally for any damages that may be incurred by taxpayers due to any future planned litigation.  Antonetta Perone should also be fired because she is a liability to the City of Mount Vernon.  She is rude, reckless, ill-mannered, and classless. 

The credibility of Janet DiFiore’s office is at stake.  Will she do the right thing? No need to wait to try to get one of the establishments’s crooked judges to find Mr. Rivers guilty, as there is NO JURY TRIAL afforded a defendant being prosecuted for a violation.  The evidence is being presented here on this forum for the world to see.  No need to waste the taxpayer’s money having a long and drawn out trial wasting already scare resources.  If Janet DiFiore does indeed think there is enough evidence to move forward with a prosecution, we implore her to televise the trial for complete transparency.  Mr.  Rivers told Mount Vernon Exposed that he too is in favor of a televised trial.  “I am all for transparency.  That has been my mission all along and I will not lose focus.  I must be getting close to blowing the lid off of the criminal element permeating the Westchester County Court System because they are just brazenly and stupidly breaking the law without a care or concern in world,” said Rivers. 

Mount Vernon Exposed did some investigation into the background of the complaining witness.  We were shocked at what we discovered.  Our investigation has revealed that Antonetta Perone aka Toni Perone is also involved in the parking ticket scandal alongside Judge Adam Seiden and Chief Darden. (Details to be released a public and televised press conference) 

Mount Vernon did a Google search on Antonetta Perone and several pictures came up including a picture of a scantily clad, Antonetta with a guy who appears to be licking his tongue towards Antoinette’s  breast.  Another picture shows Perone with a police officer that was under investigation for identity theft of a civilian.    

Many question the lifestyle on Antonetta Perone as it exceeds her salary as a cashier in the courthouse.  She drives around in the latest model E CLASS COUPE that has a starting price of $49,800 and can run as high as $90,000 depending on options.  Antonetta Perone’s salary for 2011 according to City of Mount Vernon payroll records is $36,260.  Does this young lady have a second job to keep up with her lifestyle because it is crystal clear that she raking in the dough from elsewhere?  That brings us back to the parking ticket scandal. 

Several sources have told Mount Vernon Exposed that Perone has a serious infatuation with Kim Kardashian.  Perone is alleged to have had tens of thousands of dollars in cosmetic surgery done including breast enhancements and butt injections to resemble her idol, Kim Kardashian.   Again, how does Antonetta Perone afford these cosmetic enhancements on her City of Mount Vernon salary?

Antonetta Perone’s high handed lifestyle doesn’t end there.  According to City records Antonetta Perone is listed as the owner of 319 Locust Street and there appears to be no mortgage on the property.  How many police officers in the City of Mount Vernon can say they are stretching their dollars as far as Antonetta Perone?  The starting salary for a police officer is just over $35K. 

Mr. Rivers also told Mount Vernon Exposed that he has no problem with the Mount Vernon Police Department.  “The Officers (MVPD) were extremely professional and courteous while I was in custody and explained to me that they had nothing to do with the situation and were surprised that the District Attorney even entertained Toni Perone’s foolishness.

Mount Vernon Exposed would like to welcome its loyal readers to the series. “Judge Not or You Will Too Be Judged.”   The judicial system is supposed to be the branch of government that is free from corruption and impropriety, and the branch of government that administers fair and impartial justice.  However that is not the case.  Corruption is permeating the Westchester County Court System. 

The purpose of this series is to expose those Judges that are corrupt and have violated the public trust as well as recognize those Judges that administer justice in a fair and impartial matter.  Not all is bad in the Westchester County Court System.  In fact, Westchester County has several judges that have had their decisions published due to their exceptional administration of justice.  The public demands to know those Judges that are recognized for their exceptional legal work.  

This series will focus of two of the most corrupt judges in the State of New York.  Those judges are Judge Adam Seiden of Mount Vernon and Judge Anthony Carbone of New Rochelle.  Both of these Judges are political hacks frequently engaging in unethical and unscrupulous behavior to further their personal ambitions.  Mount Vernon Exposed has obtained evidence that Judge Seiden and Judge Carbone have had several ex-parte conversations with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office without the presence of opposing counsel.  After all, the Westchester County District Attorney does occupy real estate in every courthouse in Westchester County.  That means the Judges and the Assistant District Attorney’s share the same bathrooms and have access to the restricted areas away from the public eye. 

Judge Carbone is a sleazy and corrupt failed attorney that is alleged to have received tens of thousands of dollars in bribe money while he was a member of the New Rochelle planning board.  It is also alleged that former Mayor Tim Idoni received cash under the table from developers that helped to revitalize the New Rochelle skyline.

Mount Vernon Exposed begun this investigation over 1 year ago based on a tip received that Judge Seiden and his First Knight, Chief Clerk Larry Darden, were allegedly involved in a ticket fixing scandal.  (Details of this criminal activity will be provided at a later date). Currently in New York City, several New York City Police Officers are on trial for this act known to many as “common practice.”   Sources close to Judge Seiden and Clerk Darden told Mount Vernon Exposed that Darden is the Chief Architect of the scandal and brought Seiden and others in on the scam with him.  It is also common practice that Seiden on the advice from Darden routinely seal cases where evidence of Seiden/Darden cover-ups would be released to the public.  

Fearing that the cover on the operation will be blown on their most recent criminal act, Darden, Seiden, and others including Assistant District Attorney’s Stephen Ronco and John Thomas of the Mount Vernon branch began to hatch a plan to silence the individual that was investigating the allegations of corruption.  ON ORDERS FROM WESTCHESTER DISTRICT ATTORNEY JANET DIFIORE, Judge Seiden was told to find the defendant currently on trial for assaulting Community Activist, Samuel L. Rivers, not guilty by Judge Seiden even though the defendant admitted to Mount Vernon Police Detective that he did indeed assault Mr. Rivers. Most of the evidence in the case was ordered destroyed by Seiden and DeFiore and the transcripts were altered by the court reporter to favor a not guilty verdict.  Seiden then sealed the case to prevent the public and Mr. Rivers from obtaining the documentation Seiden used to make his corrupt and bias decision.

While Judge Blackwood and Judge Gross recused themselves because of ongoing investigations initiated by Mr. Rivers, Judge Seiden felt that he was above the law.  Judge Seiden decided to hear the case anyway because it was already pre-determined that the defendant would be found not guilty.  Recently Mr. Rivers informed Mount Vernon Exposed that he was informed that there was a fix in to have the defendant found not guilty.  Mr. Rivers further explained that he received an anonymous phone call the day of the trial from someone purporting to be a court officer in Mount Vernon.  The caller called from a blocked number. 

The caller told Mr. Rivers that he would leave a tape recorder capable of capturing video in a paper towel in the men’s bathroom of the courthouse in a pre-disclosed location.  Upon arriving at the courthouse, Mr. Rivers told Mount Vernon Exposed that the tape recorder was indeed in the location the court officer told him it would be and he did indeed record his testimony and conversations with the district attorneys.  Mr. Rivers also told Mount Vernon Exposed that he videotaped an employee in the District Attorney’s office on Facebook for 30 minutes ( Video to be released at a later date) and then had the audacity to put on her coat and left for the day citing she was ill.  How is that for integrity?  The nearly two hour recording reveals widespread corruption that is permeating the City of Mount Vernon Court System.

Mr. Rivers is being maliciously prosecuted by corrupt District Attorney Janet DiFiore and her Assistant District Attorney’s, many who are fresh out of law school and are willing to do anything to make a name even if it means violating the law.  On the recording you can clearly hear Assistant District Stephen Ronco interrogate Mr. Rivers as if he was a criminal on trial, instead of the victim.  ADA Ronco even went as far to tell Mr. Rivers that his attorney knew that he was there to testify and made several fabrications on the record before Judge Seiden. 

On the tape you can clearly hear when Mr. Rivers took the stand; he immediately stated on the record that he had an active grievance before the Commission on Judicial Conduct.  Judge Seiden could care less and listened to the false representations concocted by ADA Stephen Ronco.  Mr. Rivers informed Mount Vernon Exposed that ADA Ronco never contacted his attorney regarding this matter either by phone, email, fax, or mail.  Mr. Rivers has informed Mount Vernon Exposed that a formal grievance was filed against the two ADA’s that participated in this conspiracy to violate his civil rights.  It was clear from the audio tape provided to Mount Vernon Exposed, that Judge Seiden displayed bias towards Mr. Rivers.  Seiden grew so angered with Mr. Rivers that he made him get off the stand at one point during his testimony. 

Judge Adam Seiden’s criminal behavior runs deep.  Over the next few months we will bring to light all of the crimes committed by Judge Seiden and his first Knight Larry Darden.  They stand accused of bribery, extortion, and racketeering.  In addition,  Mount Vernon Exposed has obtained evidence from a client of Judge Seiden’s  that put in writing that Seiden bilked them out of tens of thousands of dollars and also gave them advice on how to cheat the I.R.S.   Judge Seiden also committed several acts of Mortgage fraud relating to his house he purchased in Mount Kisco.  Judge Seiden is not a Mount Vernon resident.  Several police officers have told Mount Vernon Exposed that they routinely meet Judge Seiden on the side of the highway in upper Westchester for the purpose of signing warrants.

On Thursday, Judge Adam Seiden committed another act of corruption and unethical behavior.   While poor families must appear before Judge Seiden for fines relating to illegal parking, Judge Seiden himself parks illegally at bus stops while displaying an illegally obtained Mount Vernon Police Department placard that he displays on his front windshield.   How can Judge Seiden impose fines on the public when in fact he is a known lawbreaker himself?   After all, how can we expect a sleazy and grimy Judge such as Seiden to be fair when he was tape recorded calling the people living on the South Side of Mount Vernon animals?

In addition to Judge Seiden, there are active investigations before the Commission on Judicial Conduct on Judge Adam Seiden, Judge Helen Blackwood, Judge Mark Gross, and Judge Anthony Carbone, and Judge Susan Kettner .
