Tonight, Mount Vernon residents are encouraged to come out to the Board of Education as we demand the resignation of Mount Vernon School Superintendent Judith Johnson and School Board Vice President Len Sarver.  The meeting starts promptly at 7 P.M. and will be held at 165 N. Columbus Avenue, Mount Vernon, NY.

Both of these individuals have betrayed the public trust through unjust enrichment and racketeering schemes.  Reports of asbestos containing material have never made it to the desks of board members, however taxpayer funds never get lost and always seem to make their final destination on time and ahead of schedule into the pockets of cronies closely connected to Sarver and Johnson.

Tonight, we must hold each and every School Board Trustee accountable so they in turn, will hold Mount Vernon City School Superintendent Judith Johnson accountable.  Judith Johnson has failed the taxpayers of Mount Vernon, but most importantly, she has failed the children of Mount Vernon.

The President of the School Board is supposed the be the most powerful person in the school district. The president has the power to set the agenda of the district. One of the most important jobs the President has to do is to sit with the Superintendent and create the tabs (hirings, contracts etc.) to be voted on at the next board meeting.  The tabs are equivalent to pieces of legislation passed by the City Council or Congress.

The President has the power to pull (remove) any tab that is detrimental to the school district. Gerald Whiteside is the current School Board President. There is no indication that he is corrupt or has been involved in corrupt activities.  Whiteside is considered to be a very nice guy and has actually been a very good board member, however Mr. Whiteside has not been a very good President.

Sources have informed Mount Vernon Exposed that Mr. Whiteside never sits with Judith Johnson to create tabs, or the agenda, and allows corrupt Board Member Lenny Sarver to be the silent President.  Mr. Sarver along with Judith Johnson, and Tim Costello are allowed to ransack the district because of Mr. Whiteside’s failure to fill his fiduciary responsibility to the taxpayers of Mount Vernon.  All of the corrupt dealings of Judith Johnson, Lenny Sarver, Timothy Costello, and Elias Goodzeit, could have been averted by Mr. Whiteside, if he had just performed his job, as he was elected to do. It is time for Gerald Whiteside to step up to the plate or step down as President. Ultimately the problems of the School District lay at his feet.

Elias Goodzeit knowingly benefited from the great heist of 2012. The school board election was stolen which allowed Mr. Goodzeit to be re-elected to the school board. The usual cast of characters in Mt Vernon performed the stealing of the election. A once honest high level politician in our City and her husband, with the promise of not being opposed for re-election, joined forces with the Democratic party. That helped clear the path for the election to be stolen. To be continued…
