MAYOR THOMAS SAYS "FUCK THE JUDGE" AND WILLFULLY VIOLATES COURT ORDER

CORRUPT MAYOR RICHARD THOMAS, CORRUPT DEPUTY POLICE JOSEPH SPIEZIO, AND CORRUPT CHIEF OF STAFF SHAWYN PATERSON HOWARD

Mayor Thomas and Corporation Counsel Lawrence Pocari have violated a court order issued by New York State Supreme Court Justice Susan Cacace.  Last month, Cacace ruled that the City of Mount Vernon violated her court order when they put locks on O.K. Freddy after she ordered them removed. 

 

Mayor Thomas has since gone berserk and has been going from one extreme to the other.  Yesterday morning Mayor Thomas, Corporation Counsel and his Chief of Staff/Planning Commissioner Shawyn Patterson-Howard held a meeting to discuss how to close down O.K. Freddy’s Meat Market again.  Shawyn Patterson Howard led the meeting.

 

According to a source that was present during the meeting, Mayor Thomas was cussing like a sailor and repeatedly said “FUCK THE JUDGE, I RUN MOUNT VERNON”.   The source said Mayor Thomas was adamant about closing down the businesses. 

 

Corporation Counsel Lawrence Pocari was so bold that he put his evil plan into writing.  Pocari sent out emails to City of Mount Vernon employees stating that if they did not write violations they would be written up for “Neglect of Duty”.

 

Mayor Thomas has shown complete disregard for the judicial system and apparently unfazed that he can be held in contempt of court for willfully violating a court order.

 

         

Judge Cacace ordered all parties to appear in her courtroom tomorrow morning at 11:30 A.M.  Mount Vernon Exposed will continue to follow this developing story.

While violence claims the lives of citizens in Mount Vernon, our religious leaders remain silent. The same leaders, who loudly preach politics from the pulpit and suck the life out our school district, stay silent while our citizens die.

Last month, the local clergy pushed Kevin Bunch for school board trustee. The United Black Clergy (UBC) members took time out of their sermons to illegally electioneer from the pulpit. Grace Baptist crony, Henry May, peddled Bunch literature in front of polling locations.

Killings and gun violence are never on Sunday morning programs. Many believe the black churches in Mount Vernon created the violence we are experiencing by robbing the school district blind, and producing a generation of uneducated former students.

As bullets fly and the people die, the Clergy remains silent to the tragedies that plague Mount Vernon. They never offer the option of opening their churches to get kids off the street. Macedonia Pastor Darren Morton spent many Sundays electioneering from the pulpit endorsing Kevin Bunch for School Board Trustee. However, Morton is partly responsible for our youth walking the streets with no activities. Morton, who is a failed Recreation Commissioner, should not be employed by the City of Mount Vernon. The lack of recreation in Mount Vernon plagues our city.

Although the Clergy is silent to tragedies, they are vocal when it comes to city and school elections. They are also vocal as to who gets to spend bond money.

While people die, the Clergy are focused on electing Reverend Edward Mulraine for the State Senate seat, vacated by Ruth Hassell Thompson. Sources say, Reverend Mulraine of Unity Baptist Church in Mount Vernon repeatedly cheated on his wife and fathered a child with a parishioner. His wife left him. While our youth’s blood spills in the street, our Clergy supports Mulraine. Bunch and Mulraine are on the Sunday morning programs, not the victims of violence, who lay in morgues with gunshot wounds. Mulraine is the protégé of Rev. W. Franklyn Richardson and Grace Baptist Church.

While we bury our citizens, Rev. Richardson of Grace Baptist Church, invited Rev. Al Sharpton, (last Sunday), to speak at Unity Baptist Church. The prior day’s shooting death and stabbing were not on the agenda, but Mulraine for State Senate was. Does Sharpton know of Mulraine’s past, or did the UBC fail to mention it?

Our Clergy in Mount Vernon is a disgrace. The UBC is active in everything but saving our community. Their School District meddling may be the reason Mount Vernon is erupting in violence. They are not interested in helping to stop murders they may have caused.

MAYOR THOMAS ONLY WANTS PRESS THAT WRITES FAVORABLY ABOUT HIM TO BE ALLOWED IN CITY HALL

Mayor Richard Thomas again has over stepped his boundaries and wants to censor the information that the publics see and hears about his information. Mayor Thomas only wants journalists and media outlets that write stories favorable to his administration.   His latest act of communism is the illegal implementation of a press policy that states that his office must approve the person allowed to cover events in City Hall.  

Such actions violate the United States Constitution.  Mount Vernon Exposed Publisher Samuel L. Rivers said the policy is aimed directly at him for exposing Richard Thomas’ federal felon crack dealing campaign manager for having a no show job.  The video of Ms. James signing in and leaving City Hall on Monday, March 10, 2016 went viral and received over 16K views.

Such an action was not approved by the Mount Vernon City Council.

MAYOR THOMAS WITH CONVICTED FELON CRACK DEALER ROBERTA JAMES AND MUNT VERNON DEPUTY POLICE COMMISSIONER JOSEPH SPIEZIO

Mayor Richard Thomas has appointed his crack dealing campaign manager to a no show job in the Mount Vernon Water Department.  Yesterday, Mount Vernon Exposed caught up with Roberta James to ask her about her “no show” job and she refused to answer questions about how she is paid from City of Mount Vernon taxpayers.  

Roberta James is a federal convicted felon, convicted of conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine.  Ms. James was part of a violent drug gang in the City of Mount Vernon.  Ms. James was known around town for sleeping with drug dealers for money.  Ms. James eventually started selling for these drug dealers until she made enough money to branch out on her own. 

The riches were a bit much for Roberta as she began to use her own product and became addicted to crack cocaine.  Perhaps this is the reason for her very loud and boisterous attitude as she had yet to make a full recovery from her days strung out on crack.  

According to sources in the community who were around during Roberta’s crack days, Ms. James was so strung out, she would perform oral sex on men just to get a hit of crack.  

The million dollar question is: Why is Mayor Thomas surround by unscrupulous individuals, crackheads, and thieves?  Why are Mayor Thomas and Roberta James attached at the hip?

The truth is Mayor Thomas has no choice but to give Roberta James what she wants, even if that means breaking the law.  

Roberta James and Lucchese Crime Family Mount Vernon Deputy Police Commissioner Joseph Spiezio funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars of cash payments to Richard Thomas and others during the Mayoral campaign.  Roberta knows all of Mayor Thomas’ dirty little secrets and has threatened to expose them if Mayor Thomas doesn’t continue to give her what she wants.  

With Spiezio calling the shots in the Mount Vernon Police Department, Roberta is making one last run at it.  According to a law enforcement source, Roberta has once again started peddling crack to the Mount Vernon community. The law enforcement source say they believe Ms. James is moving upwards of 3 kilos per week of crack cocaine. Joseph Spiezio and Mayor Thomas has ordered the Mount Vernon Police Department to halt and suspend all narcotics investigations into Roberta James for crack dealing.  These investigations began under Mayor Davis’ administration.  

According to a political insider, Roberta James stashes her drugs in the Mayor’s office.  That is the reason for her running frequently in and out of the Mayor’s office all day long.  What better place to stash your drugs than a secure place like the Mayor’s office.  

A law enforcement source also said the Mount Vernon Police Department also had intelligence that Roberta James has several illegal handguns in her residence located at 76 Vernon Avenue, Mount Vernon, NY 10553.  It is a violation of federal law for a convicted felon to possess a firearm.  

Roberta James is so on edge that when she was questioned yesterday regarding her no show job, she called the Mount Vernon Police Department and tried to have Mount Vernon Exposed publisher Samuel L. Rivers arrested for harassment.  Sadly, uneducated Mount Vernon Police top brass not familiar with Federal Civil Rights statutes, entertained the convicted felon and took a police report.  

Looks like taxpayers will be once again footing the bill for the incompetence of these police officers.

Misguided Mayor Thomas:

Once again I have watched you on television as you carefully vocalized your well-crafted political script to delude the public.  I understand all too well the games which you play as I myself was once misguided and entangled in a world of corruption such as you are today.  Like a well-rehearsed routine taken from the Bowery Boys I would also create a diversion and sideshow while my hand reached into the cookie jar.  I have since changed my ways for the lord has taught me well.  But Mayor Thomas, you have continued to sell yourself, your brothers and sisters for your own self-aggrandizement.  

You will never see what you’re doing because you are visionless caused by your own foolish pride. “The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the forward mouth, do I hate.” Proverbs 8:13.  Stop carrying your bible just for show; begin to read it, as it is your only way out.

Your Puppet Master will continue to set the stage for you to glorify yourself as your payment, and in return he commandeers our city knowing you’re not wise enough to understand.  Your Puppet Master knows you are not a good shepherd, but thinks of you as hireling fool who will throw anyone under the bus to save himself.  ^“I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep.  He who is a hired hand, and not a shepherd, who is not the owner of the sheep, sees the wolf coming, and leaves the sheep and flees, and the wolf snatches them and scatters them.” John 10:11-12. Take a good look around you Mayor as your sheep are dwindling right before your very eyes.  You need to change your ways because there is nothing worse than ignorance in action.  I am praying for you and our city as I continue to watch from afar.
