Mount Vernon Exposed has conducted an investigation into the qualifications of Judge Helen Blackwood and we have found out that she is not qualified to be a judge. This is further supported by her inability to inform Mount Vernon taxpayers and the Young Administration that they were entering into a one-sided agreement that is going to create an economic hardship for all. Was this done purposely as her payment to Mayor Young for her appointment to the bench? We must Vote her out on Tuesday, November 3rd 2009.
